Zimmer und service sehr gut. In acht nehmen vor den angebotenen Touren. Ich hab eine im Hotel gebucht und folgendes erlebt: Ich wurde um 7 Uhr morgens abgeholt. Bis 8:30 wurden dann andere Touristen aus anderen Hotels in einen Kleinbus gepfercht. Danach ging es zum Palast, wo wir eine Stunde eine sehr nette Führerin hatten, die aber kunstgeschichtlich absolut nicht beschlagen war und eigentlich nur berichten konnte, was sie sieht: "Diese Statue hat Vogelbeine - diese Statue hat keine Schuhe an...". Danach ging es zu einem Juwelier. Es bestand zwar keinerlei Kaufzwang. Danach wieder mit dem Bus ins Hotel und durch Verkehrschaos etc. erst um 13:00 dort angekommen. Ich wäre mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und ohne Führung viel schneller gewesen und hätte mehr gesehen. |

The carpets in all rooms I visited were badly stained. Not the standard to be expected from a luxury hotel. I checked three rooms before being upgraded even then the carpet was stained the toilet faulty. To obtain water at a warm tempature from the mixer tap impossible. This hotel does not justify the rates it charges |

Room with a view. We checked out at 11,00am as usual and left our luggage at reception. Our flight was in the evening and when we came back to pick our luggage before going to the airport we were kindly proposed to take a shower in the spa. Excellent service. |

Very good hotel booth for tourists and business travelers. Absolute value for money. Clean, large rooms, good berekfast, very helpfull and skiled staff, fantastic spa, try Thai masage! I onestly recomend! |

The staff was very good and helpful!! Location is convenient and just two minutes walk from the metro and sky train (which was handy). Great layout of the room and very comfortable beds. We did enjoy stayin there a lot!! |

The hotel is well positioned and is well equipped to handle any request. The staff are very pleasant and will go out of there way to help you. The facilities are top notch and would recommened it over many hotels that we have visited around the world. Both of us are fussy travellers and we appreciate detail so in saying this, this hotel will satisfy all types of travellers. Can not fail this hotel. |

Best service from every one from the hotel. All spoke English well, were very helpful, friendly, knowledgable, prompt, and willing to go the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Room was very well laid out, clean, modern, and beautiful. Very good security system from the guard check to the elevator card access that made us felt safe. The location is a bit far (to walk) from the "hot spots" like Siam square, etc. Free internet would be good but 50% off is still a good deal. |

The room was well designed, clean and very comfortable. As it was low season, they upgraded my room on higher floor. Services are good and friendly. Gym and saunas are clean and nice. Pool was neat but very small and without bar. All in all, this hotel is more like very well-equipped business hotel, rather than a luxurious one to spend holidays. |

The hotel and rooms look very nice. I bad a experience with the elevator (got stock twice), by arrival it was 40 degrees in the room and it took hours before it was below 30 degrees, staff (even at reception) speaks poor English, small service things missing in the room, (room service menu for example). In general the hotel is just not what to expect of a five star hotel. After two days I went to another hotel. |

The hotel staff were very very good, really take their time to make you feel welcome. The room was amazing, for the money you can not get a better room, very well decorated and huge. The hotel was fantastic and i would certainly stay there again. Also just a 5 minute walk to both the underground and skytrain stations. Food at the hotel was expensive but very nice. |
