The hotel and rooms look very nice. I bad a experience with the elevator (got stock twice), by arrival it was 40 degrees in the room and it took hours before it was below 30 degrees, staff (even at reception) speaks poor English, small service things missing in the room, (room service menu for example). In general the hotel is just not what to expect of a five star hotel. After two days I went to another hotel. |

The hotel staff were very very good, really take their time to make you feel welcome. The room was amazing, for the money you can not get a better room, very well decorated and huge. The hotel was fantastic and i would certainly stay there again. Also just a 5 minute walk to both the underground and skytrain stations. Food at the hotel was expensive but very nice. |

Close to underground, Robinson's Shopping Mall, great cocktails and helpful staff! They did not confirm airport pick up, on email and on arrival were waiting but then wanted to charge thb2500, when you could get a taxi for thb300. They should have explained the charges somewhere on website! |

Its modern clean and the beds are very comfortable the location of the hotel was not as desirable as we had hope iot was, nearer the shopping areas. It was a shopping trip for us and would prefer to find other hotels nearer the shopping district. The hotel would be idela for business travellers. |
