We appreciated the pool @ residence zone and the hotel decoration (Thai-Modern). We also satisfied with Hotel services. Breakfast buffet is okay. |

Having the hotel to our selfs untill the week end when it was full of Thai's from Bankok but no problem Not having a free tut tut service into Cha Am which as a 5 star hotel a bit out of town I think should have not to have to pay 100 bart each time. |

I did not like the fact that to get to the lower pool or the beach you had to walk all the way out the front of the hotel and around the perimeter. I don't know why there aren't stairs connecting the upper pool to the lower pool/beach. Also, to get into Cha-Am you have to take a hotel tuk tuk and they charge you 100 baht for a trip that takes no longer that a couple of minutes! This should be a free service for a "5 star" hotel. Unbelievable. |

Nice and comfortable room, breakfast buffé was excellent with lots to choose from. The hotel has three incredible swimmingpools, which make up for the fact that there isn't really a beach. Nice and helpful staff. We had some difficulties to communicate with the hotel staff at some points, since their English wasn't the best. However, they were still very helpful and serviceminded. The hotel is quite isolated and it's a bit pricy to use their shuttle service to Hua Hin or Cha-am. |

The room was clean and well presented with very comfortable bed. We had a room with patio doors to pool area which was nice. The pool was clean and ample places to sit. Breakfast was excellent quality and good variety. The hotel was virtually empty so difficult to give accurate overview of service as the staff were not under any pressure but any problems we had were sorted quickly and efficiently. For a hotel of this level the selection of TV channels was poor and there was no option for music via tv. Not a big thing. The gym is quite small but didn't have time to use it They charge for internet which I was surprised though it was something I did not needed to use. |

Kamer was top! Heerlijk om lekker te relaxen. Resort ligt erg afgelegen.In de omgeving is er niks te doen. Er rijden zeer weinig taxi's.Dat is erg jammer. Je kan wel naar Hua Hin gaan, op afstand van ongeveer 20 min. Als je heerlijk tot jezelf wil komen is dit hotel wel een echte aanrader, maar in de omgeving is er weinig te doen. |

Das Englisch der Mitarbeiter war für Thailand sehr gut. Das Personal war äusserst freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut trainiert. Die Anlage ist architektonisch sehr schön. Im Zimmer fehlte die übliche Informationsbroschüre über Room service, check-out time, facilities. Der Info-Kanal im TV gab nur wenig Informationen her. Wir hatten ein SeaView Zimmer gebucht, erhielten dann jedoch ein pool view. An der Reception wurde dies nicht erwähnt. Der BellBoy sagte dann im Zimmer, das sei ein upgrading. Das hat etwas fadenscheinig getönt (wir haben jedoch nicht nachgefragt, da wir mit dem Zimmer zufrieden waren. Nur halt ohne Meersicht). Unbedingt zu verbessern ist der Strand in Cha-Am. Von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie und dieser Lage erwartet man einen Hotelstrand. Auf dem Internet hat man auch den Eindruck, dass man direkt am Meer sei. |

部屋はとてもきれいで海にも歩いて出かけられます。 道を問い合わせしようと電話したがいくら電話をしても誰も出なかった。10回ほど電話して理由を聞いたら「- 食事してました」。。。 これほどの大きなホテルでその回答は唖然でした。 これさえなかったら大満足だったのに。 |

Hotellet är trevligt med bra personal och det har ett lugnt läge. Svårt att komma från hotellet och mycket dyrt att utnyttja hotellets fordon. Uflykterna kostar 100% mer än vad det kostar om man utnyttjar en agent i Cha-am. Stranden är smutsig och inte speciellt tilltalande - förstår inte varför man inte städar den regelbundet. |

Supergoed hotel!! Het geweldige vriendelijke personeel wat er alles aan doet om de klant het naar de zin te maken. Vooral het personeel van het Bellevu restaurant was geweldig. Er waren in de tijd dat wij daar waren niet erg veel klanten maar dat was voor ons geen probleem. |

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, alles neu und sehr sauber. Das personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ein bisschen ausserhalb vom zentrum daher sehr ruhig, der strand eher einsam dafür nur einige meter vom hotel entfernt. Ca. 1 km zu fuß und man trifft auf mehr touristen und einheimische. Taxis findet man kaum in hotelnähe dafür gibt es ein eigenes Hotel Tuk Tuk das einem für ca. |
