The view from our hotel room was fantastic. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful. I left my camera in a taxi whilst staying in Bangkok and the hotel sent their security officer along to the police station with me to assist me in reporting the loss. I would not have been able to do this alone due to the language barriers and was very grateful that they were prepared to do this for me. We also used the hotels booking desk to book a river cruise and I would recommend this too. |

The hotel is in a good location, the staff are helpful and friendly and the breakfast (which is included in the price) was a good start to the day with many varieties of food on offer. The rooms were clean. The hotel is probably a bit dated in terms of decor and the room we stayed in smelt very musty. We had a balcony, however it only had a small light outside therefore you could barely see each other when sitting out at night. Also the door leading to the balcony was not very secure. |

It is right at the centre of Chinatown. The hotel is a short distance away from The Grand Palace and Wat Pho. It is easily accessible by getting a cab there. They have a great variety of food for buffet breakfast. The hotel is clean but old. It is a not value for money hotel, considering the price I pay but there is not even a bath tub in the toilet. During my booking of the hotel, the payment being advised was vague. My payment stated that VAT was included but when I reached the hotel, the staff told me that VAT and service charge was not inclusive and I had to pay 17% more from the price I booked. |

Prettig hotel; goede prijs kwaliteitverhouding.

Midden in Chinatown. Erg uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet! Prettig dus! |
