Very good location; close to major shopping malls and close to skytrain. Very nice suite with separate bedroom and excellent amenities, like washing machine and 2 LCD TV sets incl DVD players. Excellent facilities for family with kids (like swimming pool with kids section and jacuzzi, and playroom/playground. Excellent coffee shop on 1st floor (pricey though) which also offers an impressive list of international and thai dishes. Gives you the feeling of high class, however for an affordable price. Free WiFi internet access available in the rooms. Close to Lumpini Park. Small bedrooms, especially if you need to fit in a baby cot. No in-house shop for groceries like other Centre Point sites have - means you have to make a 10-15 min walk through dark alleys when you discover late at night you forgot to buy diapers for the little one (a nice 24 hr Villa Market shop is located on Langsuan Road). Breakfast room a bit overcrowded and breakfast spread not too impressive; even if good and sufficient to get you going. |

The facilities were amazing. Most of the staff smiled to us when we crossed.The securities and cocierges outside the building worked hard getting a taxi for us in the heavy rain. There was an extremely lovely lady playing traditional instrucment at the lobby-she got the most charming smile!The outdoor pool is beautiful and green. It was a pity we did not have time for it. The receptionists need to update information of other properties when reccomend guests. We were reccomended to an Italian restaurant but was not informed to dress formally as it required. So we missed out the dinner and waited under a rain for almost an hour as that location was unfrequented.The next day, we came to Concierge, the lady there was on phone and talked to us at the same time. She was kind of cranky and not give the information as we expected but wanted to end up the conversation quick. The breakfast was a bit letdowns with not many selection.Additon, the location was not as in the website.It is still in the center, but not that close to Patunam.It takes app. 10 mins walking to Center World Plaza. |

Loved the Location, its proximity to Sun Lum Night Bazar, Central Chitlom and Cental World, Siam Square etc. Ya the Room Service was very slow...the staff forgot our order once. |

The room was fantastic, extremely spacious and very clean. Facilities were also excellent. WiFi internet (free of charge), a great pool and SPA. The breakfast was acceptable but poor in comparison with the rest of the hotel. The warm foods and breads were absolutely not fresh and the selection for our (European) taste was rather limited. If unchanged, I would not have breakfast here again. |

2° séjour au cours de ces vacances...Nous n'avons pas hésité,après avoir fait l'expérience d'hôtels de moindre qualité.Tout y est impeccable, le restaurant qui jouxte l'hôtel ne dépare pas l'ensemble..Le personnel est gentil, disponible.Bravo! |

Es war alles in Ordnung und gab eigentlich nihcts zu beanstanden, Zimmer immer top zusammengeräumt Würde das Hotel nicht in 5-Stern Kategorie einordnen. Keine Minibar am Zimmer, Service am Pool gering/erst auf Nachfrage, keine Hotelbar,Frühstücksbuffet für die KAtegorie eher klein...=> Hotel gut aber 5Sterne sind anders. |

Booking.Comのホテル紹介では、「インターネット利用できません」と記載されていたが、実際は部屋でも無線LAN- が無料で使用できました。記載内容を変更された方が良いと思います。また朝食ですが、80cm以上130c- m以下の子供は料金を取られます。年齢ではなく身長で決まっているのも珍しいと思うので、この点も記載頂い- た方が親切かと思います。 特にありません。部屋も清潔に保っていただき快適に過ごせました。 |

Era nuestra luna de miel y elegimos en base a las valoraciones que vimos en las distintas paginas de Internet. Sólo puedo decir que se trata de un Hotel espectacular que incluso superó nuestras expectativas. La atención del personal excepcional, pura amabilidad. Desayuno de lujo.Los desayunos de entre semana se hacían en un saloncito pequeño con una decoración preciosa y una desayuno buffet exquisito, en el que a modo de ejemplo los huevos te los hacian en el momento con los ingredientes que tu eligieras. Comentar también que en desayuno hay tanto comida internacional como Thai (había unos Dim sum riquisimos).El único pero es que el fin de semana el desayuno se hacía en otra sala que estaba un poco mas llena….. Piscina y Spa: No pudimos disfrutar mucho de ello ya que lo nuestro era ver la ciudad y cuando llegamos al hotel ya era tarde. No obstante un día bajamos y estuvimos un par de horitas. Todo espectacular…..la piscina es de azulejo azul oscuro que le da un toque de moderna y dentro de la misma tiene 2 jacuzzi espectaculares. Las tumbonas estaban fenomenal y habían 2 sofás estilo Chill que eran pa echarse la siesta allí…. Luego a parte estaba la parte de Sauna, otro jacuzzi de agua caliente y un Baño Turco…. Todo impecablemente cuidado más limpio que una patena o que mi propia casa…… de eso se encargaba un empleado que cada 2 x 3 estaba fregando el suelo. En cuanto al Spa para masajes, la pena fue que no lo pudimos difrutar. El spa estaba premiado como el mejor en un concurso de Spa y decidimos darnos un lujito (ya que es bastante mas caro que el de una casa de masajes de la calle) pero estaba todo ocupado. No habíamos reservado, pero el hotel nos busco una casa de masajes de confianza para que no nos quedaramos con las ganas. Las habitaciones: espectaculares…. Nos dieron una en la planta 37 con unas vistas preciosas que daban a un a parque que tenía un campo de Golf y desde el que se veía tambien el Siam Center. Igual es mejorable que no te cobren por usar internet. |
