- Room service menu is pretty good and you can taste local thai foods which is rare in room service menus - breakfast has a wide variety and all is very good and tasty - rooms are very nice especially onthe top floors where you can get a nice view over bangkok - located right next to the main shopping centers, sky train station makes it a very convenient starting pou t for visiting bangkok - lumphini park just a block away majes it great for a walk or run early morning - nice swimming pool and spa/fitness facilities All in all great location, great service, wouldrecommed to anyone !

- Swimming pool is never in the sunshine - no roof top bar, would be great to have one like lebua state tower - nothing else

A beautiful hotel. It was an oasis of comfort and luxury. The staff and service were extraordinary from the Chrysanthemum Tea we were offered at check-in to the helpful money exchange and taxi procurement at check-out. The location is perfect as it is around the corner from the subway. The view of the city from the 29th floor was spectacular. Excellent value for the money. Highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay again.

location is good. Swimming pool is comfortable. Room is cozy and like in home. There is micro-wave oven, washing machine, toaster and even a fax machine in room.

Friendly staff,great central location. Rooms,very spacious with washer drier.Great for travelling. No request was too much trouble and a marvellous place to stay!

Pleasant staff, spacious well equipped room with additional benefit of washer dryer which proved very useful as we used this hotel as a base to return to in Bangkok as we took side trips around Thailand. Can highly recommend!

As the name says the hotel looks really GRAND from the inside as well as the outside. Lobby is extremely well done and very beautiful.

1. We had requested for a early check in at the time of making the reservation and we came by 11. Though room availability was there but the lady at the reception asked us to pay 50% amount more for the room to make us the room available which is totally unreasonable, unethical and doesnt speak good of the hotel. 2. There is a bad smell in the foyer when we reached our room on the 27th floor which gives a very stale feeling. It was there on all the days that we stayed at the hotel. 3. Rooms have lot of light in the morning and curtains were lacking badly. 4. Shower cubicle is really small as compared to the bathroom size.

Spacious clean room, friendly, polite and efficient staff. Location good for shopping, bst stations and links to mrt.

V small complaint but reported washing machine leaking and controls not working (had to manually move cycle from wash to rinse) on first day there, housekeeping arrived within minutes, put down a towel and said machine would be fixed. When we left five days later nothing had been done to resolve the problem!

We bought grand deluxe suit, because we thought, that we will live on 'high zone' (30th+ floor). So,

My mother was immediately impressed when she stepped into our 1-bedroom serviced apartment. And she's not easily impressed! And Lumpini Park is about 5 minutes walk away. Great for a run.

There isn't any cafes, restaurants or convenient stores nearby. The land on the side of the main road is practically taken up by other major hotels.

One of the staff totally forgot that he asked me to pick up the room keys at 2 pm after the room cleaning. And the afternoon staff didn't know any of these and check through all guests papers and finally I found it myself after almost 30 min.

Big spacious rooms, Great Facilities, Hotel Location.

The staff can be a little bit moody and uncompromising - A workshop and customer relation training would go a long way as this a great hotel that is only let down by the staff being a little bit moody.

The staff was helful. The facility is spacious and clean. Very comfortable and good value for the money.

Not really a big issue, but the internet service in the business rooms in the lobby should be free of charge.
