I liked their quality customer service, their ever accomodating staff, specifically our driver who also acted as our tour guide and the very nice English speaking lady, the hotel's Guest Service Manager. Most of all, my husband and I enjoyed our stay in the hotel, even our friends who joined us during our first trip to Bangkok. I love everything esp. the buffet breakfast! |

This hotel is located on Rattanakosin Island in the heart of downtown Bangkok. It is within walking distance of Chinatown and the Thieves Market. Also within walking distance to Wat Suthat and Phahurat (Little India). Plenty of shopping markets nearby; (The Old Siam, Central, Merry King, Pahurat, Sampeng). I stayed in a corner suite and was pleased with the views from a corner room of this hotel on the 14th fl. This appeared to be the only high-rise hotel on Rattanakosin Island and the views from the rooftop are worth the trip. 3-Star hotel with breakfast included and wi-fi available, with relatively easy access to some of the tourist attractions near the Grand Palace and Chinatown. Laundry service available (a bit of $). Friendly staff. No complaints for the price I paid. Suggestions: The hotel is certainly one from the 70's-80's era and could use some cosmetic "updates" (like more lighting, everything was kind of dark there). Wi-fi signal is not strong in the suites at the ends of the halls (which these rooms do cost more money but have a view worth the money). Free breakfast buffet is best in the early to mid-early am (forget it after 9:30am). The bathtub has a 2-foot high clearance to enter and exit. The shower head is fixed (no hand-held shower head) and is at about 5 feet (1.5m) in height, so for someone 6 feet+ (1.8m+) you were best to take the shower on your knees. English in the middle of the night is limited to a few people on staff. Busy area of town during day. |

I really enjoyed the stay. The staff is very very friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent, in the middle of chinatown only a few minutes by cab away from the touristic center and all the sights. I can really recommend this place. |

The breakfast was excellent for a 3 star hotel. The ruof top jacuzzi was refreshing after a day out in the heat, and had good views over Bangkok. The staff were friendly. There was a payment of 150B to use the rrof top garden and Jacuizzi .The air conditioning was very noisy. It was difucult to communicate with the staff, as only 1 lady at reception could understand English |

The Staff are so good. I told them in future all Australian people training for the hospitality industry should be sent to Thailand as part of their study. Staff are so good they felt like family, their happy smiles and their genuine wish to give amazing service will keep us going back to Thailand again and again. The Grande Ville feels like a second home thanks to all the staff. |

Schone kamer met mooi uitzicht over Bangkok. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mocht je een taxi nodig hebben vraag naar Nippon (taxi driver from the hotel). Erg aardige en geschikte man! |

O quarto é amplo,preço economico ,cafe da manha otimo,proximo do comercio popular da china town e aluguns pontos turisticos,alcancou o meu objetivo por poder ir caminhando a escola de massagem Wat Pho. primeiramente fiz reserva para 3 dias e devido ter ficado satisfeita com o hotel resolvi permanecer por mais 4 dias e fui informado que haveria alteração no preço ,apos muito dialogo e pedir desconto foi mantido o preço anterior. |

удобное расположение, хороший сервис, хорошие комнаты. плохой душ и вообще сантехника. тёмные комнаты. негде курить (я бы рекомендовал площадку наверху отеля оформить для курения), с 22 этажа особо не находишься вниз для курения. Сняли в 2 раза больше денег, чем положено по бронированию!!! |

Chambre spacieuse offrant une belle vue sur chinatown et ses temples et sur le quartier de Siam. Bon rapport qualité / prix. Nourriture à prix raisonnable. Hotel tres bien situé pour visiter les temples (max 10 min à pieds des plus connus Wat Pho et Grand Palais). Hotel un peu ancien, meriterait de renouveller le mobilier |

Mooi hotel, vriendelijk personeel en een zeer mooi uitzicht vanaf de 20e verdieping. Ook uitgebreid ontbijt en goed eten in het restaurant. Badkamer was slecht verlicht en de douche was op schouderhoogte (vast in de muur). Op zich niet erg om wat door de knieen te gaan maar het bad zelf was ook glad. Verder kon de badkamer schoner. Maar overal een goed hotel waar ik zo weer zou reserveren. |
