Staff helpful and quick check in and check out. Rooms old and abit tired looking. Any hotel that sells condoms as part of the mini bar in Bangkok, tells you quite a lot about the hotel.

Location, and size of room One of the main reasons i booked this hotel was the upto date modern pictures i viewed on your booking site. The room i got was not one of the newly refurbished ones. It was a dated room, big TV,carpet on the floor,old fittings and fixtures, no toilet hose and old bath/shower.This sounds harsh, as it was a very clean room that was still comfortable, apart from the tv having a bad reception. This didn't bother meto much as i was out most of the time. One note to finish on, wouldn't stay here again too many better hotels on offer with samesort of price.

Location, staff, value for money. Very noisy place place both outside and inside. The air-con in the room is very difficult to regulate, besides it's very noisy. Almost everything needs refurbishment.

the cozy of the room, big bed, nice for rest no small shower for pup, lighting in the room is not nice, walking to sukhumvit big road is far away, in the middle night, everything changes to a prostituion places.. so crowded and annoying, make us afraid to walking around hotel, and then there is no walking shopping places around hotel..

Ich muss leider ganz ehrlich gestehen das wir beide sehr enttäuscht waren, daher kann ich nichts gutes sagen. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Es war insgesamt sehr heruntergekommen mit schmutzigen und welligen Teppichen auf den Fluren etc. Unser Zimmer hatte kein warmes Wasser, keinen deutschen Fernsehkanal, keinen Fön. Die Kleiderschranktüren sind beim öffnen und schließen jedes mal herausgefallen. Und in der Nacht konnte man kein Auge zu tun da es ununterbrochen in der Wand rempelte wenn der Fahrstuhl ging. Alles in allem wirklich nicht empfehlenswert.
