Location was very good & also the room facility. Their Breakfast. Menu should be more organized to serve traveller all over the world. Items are very low to satisfy all customer. I stayed in Tower 3 where no reception present. For any sort of requirement I have to cross the road & go to main building which was incovenient for me with my family.

Convenient location When I checked in the woman was assuming, judgemental and rude. The service in Thailand has gone down. I was well dressed and clean shaven so it appeared that she did not like white people. I also do not appreciate being called a falung as I am not a piece of fruit. I was also asked for a deposit far greater than the total of the hotel bill. My behavior was pleasant and respectful so I will not recommend this hotel.

The hotelk was the best hotel we stayed in during a 4 week holiday to Bali and Thailand. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and it was terrific. Very comfortable, clean and well apointed. We had a 2 year old with us and the room had plenty of space for her to run around. The staff were helpfull and curtious at all times. We did not eat in the resteraunt but the breakfast was good. No complaints.

Nothing great about this hotel. Rooms in tower 3 where we stayed are very small. I had once stayed before at Grand presidnet at other towers. Rooms were Ok there. Threre are much better hotels around citadine 11 for instance. One more instance that i would like to tell. Hotel charges us 2000 THB for a broken glass. It was not broken by us. When we returned to room in the evening we had a note from hotel that glass is broken. When we left the room in the morning it was not broken. I feel that cleaning staff while cleaning the Table dropped something heavy due to which it broke. However the hotel manager would not listen saying that when we chkd in it was OK and now since it is broken we need to pay for same. It was really a bad experience. I would never stay at this property again

Location, decent breakfast, excellent air conditioning, prompt response from housekeeping...generally congenial and obliging staff... Palmed off dingy dark rooms facing the back alley on the second floor to us...managed to change rooms by aggression, after two days of false promises by hotel staff...not a nice feeling to be mislead so...kind of ruined our four night stay because of the attitude of the hotel staff...

Central location in sukhumvit, nice rooftop pool We knew the hotel still had rooms available & arrived for late check-in but suddenly the hotel was "full". We then booked a room via booking.com in their business center, which they disapproved of & therefore made us wait for more than an hour to get a room. The reception staff treated us very disrespectfully & finally gave us an old room.

We especially like the pantry section that with cutlery and drinking glass. The bed and pillowcwas fresh and the color theme was comforting. I will definately stay at your hotel for my next trip an would also recommend to all my friends. If only service personnel at the check in counter could be more cheerful.

“This is my second time stay at this hotel. Both times I also asked for late check out and the hotel fulfill my request. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. During this stay the hotel's staff remember me and this actually make me feel warm. The room I initial took was had a bad internet connection, the staff was very helpful, they even help to check other available room with good connection then I change to the new room. The room provided a big working desk and working chair which is very good for business traveler like me.” Shiun, Bangkok |
