Staff was very polite and helpful.

1. For shower the water was not hot enough. 2. At the front desk, it would be helpful to have at least one staff member being fluent in English

Location is great. very close to Nana station and close to everything. delicious breakfast, good service, fully functional kitchen, good pool,helpful staff, etc.

more insulated walls are required as noises made by female guests are heard to other rooms.

Cleanliness, room service, pool, breakfast and freindly people.

No service at poolside, very bad view from the room, language problem nobody speaks good english, price was at higher side cud be better.

Location was good. Close to BTS, shops and entertainment. Hotel staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good.

Very friendly, attentive and efficient staff. Rooms are on the large side. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in.
