The rooms were spacious. The service was good. The rooms were a good value. The bathrooms were terrible for a nice hotel like yours. The toilets were old. the fittings were rusty. The bathtub was too high and did not have a non-slip mat. I would have paid more for cleaner and newer bathrooms. |

in a good location close to the city centre and well positioned for access to skytrain. As a group we had 3 rooms ,unfortunately 2 of the bathrooms were very small but generally this hotel is good value for money. |

location of the hotel and price point as well as friendliness of staff. unfortunately the cleanliness is very poor. check out the bathrooms: side of marble shows old water/soap drops, toilet roll holder is dirty, bathroom bin smudged. Corners not properly clean. Telefon dirty, paper information in room looks too much used... etc. etc. housekeeping must control and train much!!!! better. |

convienence to city shopping sightseeing transportation restaurant and hotel staff was all great. some of the bed sheets had holes in them, the tv could be put in a different location so if you wanted to lay in bed you can watch tv,when you take a shower there was always water all over the bathroom floor. |

i had a terrible experience at this hotel. first, they didn't have the room that i booked (executive suite), so they said they would "upgrade" me to "bedroom suite" but that meant that i could no longer stay in the main wing and instead had to go to tower 2 or tower 3. |

The staff, particularly the non-reception staff, were friendly and helpful. The location was quite good - a short walk to Sukhumvit Rd street markets and the BTS. The restaurant provided tasty meals. We had to change room after checking-in because of a strong chemical smell in the room due to recent renovations but the reception staff were obliging. Tower 3 (Opal Rm) that we stayed in had a very, very small bathroom and although it was adequate it did not have hot water; it only had lukewarm water. |
