Great location near shopping. Good breakfast. The standard rooms in tower 3 were in poor condition and it smelled of cigarets in the hall and the rooms. Customers should get advised that the standard room are not located in the main buildings but in an other across the street. |

Good basic hotel. Ok breakfast, nice little pools in all towers and plus from the fittness room. Rooms/bathrooms are a bit out of date, but ok for the price you pay. Too much air conditioning in the corridors, freezing cold. |

I did not like that the business center wanted to charge me thb 100,- for 5 minutes (min. 30 min. they said) for internet that in addition was extremely slow. I just went 50 yds. down soi 11 and payed only 5 thb. It's not for the money, but for the attitude. I allways want value for my money. |

The staff very frendily, and hotel is clean plus good room service When the client book the room kindly inform them about the location as we was surprised when the took us to the opposite side of the main hotel bldg. Then next day rooms was changed. ( family to move between two bldg. Crosing road for break fast is very inconvenet, this point must be noted. |

The rooms were spacious. The service was good. The rooms were a good value. The bathrooms were terrible for a nice hotel like yours. The toilets were old. the fittings were rusty. The bathtub was too high and did not have a non-slip mat. I would have paid more for cleaner and newer bathrooms. |
