The staff does everything they can to help you out - both on booking tours or daytrips and on information on Chiang Mai city life. They have great Belgian cooking and an extended menu to choose from.

The owner is very friendly and kind.

Wow! This is the first time we think that the pictures at booking did not match reality. That is. Liams is far better than the pictures show. Wonderful hospitality,very! nice room, beautiful pool garden. The guesthouse is outside the city,but for us it was no problem because we had a motorbike. It was to come back after a night in the city and relax at this wonderful quite place. The place has only 8 rooms so its very familiar. The owners make you feel very much at home.

The breakfast is very limited but ok.

Relatief rustige omgeving, nog redelijk thai-achtig. Chiang mai ligt wat op afstand maar is goed te bereiken. Met gratis fietsen is aanrader om tochtje te maken

die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb des Stadtcenters - mit dem tuktuk aber innerhalb von 10-15 minuten kostengünstig zu erreichen.

La situation géographique beaucoup trop loin du centre de chiang mai. Les taxis ne connaissent pas l'adresse et se perdent.nous avions prévu un transfert depuis la gare ils ne nous ont pas attendus car nous étions en retard de 2heures mais ne nous ont pas prévenus ce qui est dommage et à priori pas la norme à chiang mai.

Ik vind dat het prachtig ingericht is. Echt een heerlijke plek om na een dag Chang Mai thuis te komen. De tuin is mooi, lekker zwembad. Goed vertoeven.

Service, eten, hulpvaardigheid, hygiëne, zwembad etc.

Ligging, buiten het stadscentrum dus brengt hogere vervoerskosten met zich mee.

Abbiamo apprezzato tutto: l'ottima accoglienza di Daphné, la camera grandissima con materassi molto confortevoli, il carinissimo giardino e la piscina, le deliziose pancakes della colazione. Un angolo di paradiso. Certo la guesthouse è un pò lontana dal centro. è un pregio per la tranquillità del liogo ma al tempo stesso è un inconveniente in quanto costringe a prendere più tuk-tuk per raggiungere il centro. Se però fate come noi e chiamate la gentilissima Tun che abbiamo incontrato il primo giorno alla stazione dei bus, le corse in tuk tuk non vi costeranno molto ( 50% circa in meno di quello che siamo riuscite ad ottenere dopo lunghe trattative con altri tuk tuk). Abbiamo lasciato il suo numero di telefono a Daphne per farne approfittare gli altri clienti :-)

The staff were lovely and the owner was very helpful. The rooms were clean. Pool was clean.

After being spoilt with 5 star accommodation in Phuket we found Liam's to be beautiful, clean but more for the traveller that wishes to relax. The pool was good for the 6 year old but too cold for others and we found that our noise level was probably upsetting other patrons that wanted to rest and read books.The rooms had no TV and as travelling with young adults and a 6 year old it became difficult when the mosquitos came in around 6 pm and and had no choice but to return to the rooms. No entertainment and too far out of town to experience the night life. All of us in bed at 7pm grumpy and unfortunately we only spent one night and moved into town the following day. The bed was very hard.
