It was very clean and walking distance to other resorts and the beach. There was a 3% credit card fee that was not disclosed until arrival. The staff wasn't very helpful, each time we'd ask for an item such as hair dryer or iron, it would not be available. They scared us into checking out early by telling us the boats were all booked, when they weren'T. And their check out time is early as is, 10am. The internet did not work for 4 of the 5 nights we stayed there.

Je n'ai pas aime grand chose sauf la vue que nous avions depuis la terrasse. Globalement le rapport qualité prix n'est pas bon. J'avais pris cette chambre car il y avait une cuisine équipée. Malheureusement elle était inutilisable! Pas d'arrivée d'eau, évier rouillé, équipement inexistant et le peu de chose était sale et n'avait pas servi depuis longtemps. De plus, le jacuzzi était cassé. La douche fuyait et ait du faire faire des réparations pour pouvoir avoir une douche à la limite du convenable pour le sois disant standing de l’hôtel. Enfin le gérant de l'hôtel était d'un mielleux à peine supportable. Je déconseille purement et simplement cet hôtel ou d'ailleurs il n'y avait personne ou presque à une saison réputée pleine;.....

hotel situé à 35mn en taxi du port, en fin d'une route,bout du monde sur les photos impression de complexe touristique confortable et équipé mais en fait piscine petite, établissement et pourtours peu entretenus, accès en voiture pas possible jusquà l'hotel (chemin non goudronné) les photos qui sont sur le site internet ne correspondent pas à la réalité grosse déception et staff de l'hotel accroché au tiroir caisse , il exige 3% supplémentaires pour paiement en carte de crédit...ce qui n'est pas prévu je déconseille fortement

Hotel umisten v nadherne zatoce, objednany jsme meli pokoj s virivkou,z terasy byl vyhled na bazen i na more. Pokoj pekny,cisty,velka terasa s virivkou. V zatoce Haad Salad je pomerne hodne restauraci na plazi,prestoze je zatoka mensi a klidnejsi nez jine casti ostrova. Vhodne pro romanticky pobyt nebo pro rodiny s detmi. Personal na recepci byl neskutecne protivny a arogantni..nespokojeni byli i dalsi ubytovani hoste. V hotelove restauraci na plazi hralo kazdy vecer techno,zela tim padem prazdnotou...Hudbu bylo bohuzel bylo slyset i na terase. Wifi nebylo zdarma,za platbu kartou je uctovan poplatek.

波が少なく、水も綺麗で海で泳ぐのに最適なビーチがすぐ目の前です。 魚も見れました。景色も良いです。 *ビーチレストランで夕食をとりましたが、虫が多く、片手で虫を潰しながら急いで食べました。虫が入った料- 理は食べれない人なら避けた方が良いかも（スタッフ曰く、雨上がりはこのビーチのどこも同じらしいです。い- つ雨が降ったのかは知りませんが）。次の日は外のレストランに行きました。 *ホテルにメールで車の依頼をしたら、13時に無料の車があると返事を貰ったのに、着いたら車が見つからず- 、電話したら今日は車がありませんと言われました。 *ヘアードライヤーは部屋に無く、フロントに取りに来てと言われます。 *マッサージ、スパはフロントで予約必要です。16時に依頼したら、18時からならと言われたので断わった- ら、17時から出来ますと数分後に連絡が入りました。 *部屋代は先払い（チェックイン時、キャッシュで。カードだと手数料とられるので）で、デポジットに千バー- ツキャッシュ必要でした。

Lo staff è gentilissimo, premuroso ed è stato attentissimo a tutte le nostre richieste. La nostra camera era molto pulita con il letto matrimoniale enorme! Se prenotate una camera del tipo "Villa", avrete anche una jacuzzi sul terrazzino davanti alla vostra camera (l'acqua esce tiepida ma con il caldo della Thailandia vi farà solo piacere!) La colazione (a buffet) è pensata più per un tipo di utenza "anglosassone": uova, bacon, salsicce, fagioli, cetrioli e cipolle in abbondanza. Per chi ama il dolce, c'è una scelta un pò ridotta. Meglio non prenotare con la colazione inclusa e ordinarla direttamente in loco ogni mattina (costa anche meno!)

Sehr schoene Lage am Strand. Modernes komfortables Zimmer. Sauber. Taeglich frische Handtuecher. Der Chef selbst macht die Rezeption und ist ueberaus freundlich und bemueht. Super Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis. Man kann am Abend direkt am Strand gut und guenstig essen. Sehr romantisch. Die Dusche waere verbesserungswuerdig. Aus dem Duschkopf kommt wenig Wasser (wg. Kalk) Auch die warme Dusche funktioniert spaerlich. Aber trotzdem o.k.

“I must say that this resort gives a high return for your dollar. Not just from a monetary aspect. The staff are really wonderful, polite, quietly pleasant and warm. They take alot of pride in their job performance even though I know they make a very small wage. We stayed 10 days. Every day our room was spotlessly cleaned even if it didn't need cleaned. THe grounds are beautiflully kept and the staff very attentive. Many families from mostly Europe. My daughter and I are American and we were always greeted with a smile and much interest about our country. We would definitely return again!! ” Jennifer, Rico |
