Loved the location and value for money. It's fantastic for $22 a night.

the area is ok but not the best

very dirty, ugly, dirty staff, not worth this money (there are better ones for the same price) . Rooms smell bad doors hard to lock hated it

Only minute walk to the Chaweng beach and 10 min to city.

Had booked trip via the recption in hotel and had deal in case of bad weather willl be cancelation free of charge and the very next morning been forced pay 500 bath.Very hard bed and dated.Food in the restaurant was the worst I eat in Samui.

The room smelled moldy and the owner was quite aggressive at us for remarking this.

Downstairs bar had a pool table and darts board so you can relax for a few hours.

The beds are really really uncomfortable. We woke up a few times from being sore. There was a large gap under the front door so you could here everyone and thing walk by. The balcony door wouldn't close properly as there was a large gap. Told the staff and they didn't care. All the light bulbs on the balcony were missing bar one and that was broke. We asked the staff at reception if they could find out how much would a ferry cost to koh phangan and they simply said to ring ourself. We had no other conversations with the staff

A convenient place,near to Chaweng Beach and Chaweng Street. Room is bigger than many guesthouse and offer the fridge.

In October,we feel a little hot without airconditioner.But we really think fan room is the most cost.

Cheap, good staff and decent location. Big shower room.

No direct access to beach, so it is not really on the sea. you need to get out of the hotel and access the beach from a near by hotel (another 50-100 meter walk). Some weired door in the room that you cannot open or control and you don't know where it leads to.

The hotel is really close to the beach, but to really access the beach an other hotel area has to be crossed. The service was really good, the staff was always friendly and helpful.

The room was simply furnished and seemed a bit old. The internet connection failed a couple of times and the problem lasted for quite a while.

Very Nice room for 4 people, excellent restaurant and bar at the first floor with very nice atmosphere. Excellent hôtel!

Is only 50 meters from Chaweng Beach. The room is beautiful and spacious as also the bathroom.

If there are not a lot of guests, the kitchen is not very available especially for dinner so you may run out of food.

2Nd stay here. Highly recommend. Friendly, kindly. Specially Elena. She is really nice! Price, rooms, hot shower, balcony, and close to the beach. I like hakunamatata. I'll stay again! See you soon. Thanks a lot!

The lady in the reception was nice and welcoming. All in all the service was ok, and I had a good stay. The location is good, very near to the beach. You have to pass the premises of a neighbour hotel, but does'nt matter. Many good restaurants in the local area, which is about 10 minutes walking from the centre of Chaweng.

The cleaning was not good at all. When I came, I could smell old urine from the floor around the toilet. It was really difficult to find the hotel. I asked several taxi drivers, and I asked in other hotels. At last I was saved by one woman in the emergency unit in a hospital nearby. Others did not know about it, because Hakuna Matata has changed it's name from before. Safety box is only in reception, and it is closed from 08.00 pm to 08. am. I will not recommend the beach in the local area for swimming, because of very shallow and still water with a lot of algeas, but the surrondings are beautiful. It is necessary to walk the beach for about one kilometer to find good swimming conditions.

Une petite terrasse devant la chambre, la chambre était propre et belle. On est à 5-10 min à pied de toutes les commodités !!! 2 market juste en face, super bien placé. Et la fille de l'accueil très agréable.

环境比较差，洗脸池子赃物太多，以至于洗脸水都漏不下去。虽然说很便宜吧，但是希望也要保证最基本的干净卫- 生。

前台人员比较好沟通。

离前台有段距离。房间小，环境太一般。

L'hôtel est propre et bien situé,chambre très spacieuse.,la plage,restaurants et commerces se situe à proximité.

Отличный и недорогой отель, на побережье, приятный плюс в виде балкона с гамаком. Персонал и обслуживание на хорошем уровне. Отель прекрасно подойдет молодым туристам.

К сожалению нет прямого выхода на пляж от отеля, что бы попасть на побережье нужно проходить по территории соседнего пляжа. Также в номерах непридусмотрен фен, он отдельно берется под залог (300 бат). Также были заявлены завтраки с 9ч. До 10ч. Но по факту их нет.

房间比较暗，不明亮。阳台只看到几棵树和隔壁的墙，员工热情程度一般，晚上11点前台就看不到人~早上7点- 退房时 前台也没人~
