No words can explain my experience at this fabulous Hotel. I am completely at a loss of words, it was amazing...i mean from the theme to the excellent staff...WOW...I Will definitely be staying there again, and would highly reccomend this hotel to all my family and friends, the Hard Rock Hotel rocks!! Absolutely nothing, everything is perfect, and I beleive it will only get better! |

pool activities , easy goning with childrens and whole family , close to major mall in pattaya, on beach directly. simplly very nice , been there yearly since 4 years . lot of taxi drivers quing out side the hotel on both enterances, try to catch the hotel residents , fooling them , still i belive the hotel securieties staff can much about this . beside the nice sea view at rock cafe not there any more cos of these taxis blocking the view, |

Close proximity to shopping, beach, clubs, etc. The concept and theme is great too. Even after being repaired, the air conditioning was not adequate |

Da comida, da piscina e do atendimento e simpatia de todo o pessoal do hotel. Do hard rock cafe e da proximidade da praia. Os menus e informaçoes de serviço deveriam incluir o português. Quarta lingua mais falada no mundo. |

Tolle Einrichtung,man fühlt sich zu hause.Sehr gute Lage,gutes Frhstück. Zimmerservice war übel,wildes Klingeln an der Tür,kein neues Toilettenpapier trotz Trinkgeld,an einem Tag das Zimmer gar nicht geputzt. |
