The place is spacious and nice.. The location is a bit far... The house is a bit scary as most of the other houses are empty... And the owners are too money minded as all they is about money. And the internet is too slow... And the breakfast as stated in the web says thai and chinese breakfast but end up it become only white bread and banana. Not really worth the money and the worst is the owner close the electricity right on time to chase the customer out not so tolerate at all... The owner come to the house also in the middle of the night without telling anyone and sleep at the sofa and they don wanna give us the key. Everytime when reach back need to call them. Not recommended to stay and I will not stay there again.

Homely atmosphere. We would recommend to our friends and will use it again when next we stay in Hat Yai. Difficult to locate premises, need to phone bb reception to be met and guided to bb. Own transport is a must.

at first, the staff informed us that our room was given to someone else because we arrived late. so were dissapointed. but then they located us in their second guesthouse on the second floor in their house. the room was amazing.very new.very clean. free coffee. staff asked us what we wanted for breakfast and prepared it at a given time (very tasty). very comfortable place! the matraces were brand new.. and not yet unpacked from the plastic cover.i think the staff should do it asap.i forgot to mention this to them.
