LOCATION Location wise, it was great, hotel was a stone's throw away from a 7/11 store where we got takeaway lunches/dinners at less than SGD 2. It's a 5-10min walk to downtown areas like Lee Gardens Plaza, Centara, and other malls/shopping hotspots. CLEANLINESS, FCAILITIES & SERVICE Gold stars on cleanliness for this hotel, no more can be said. As for the staff service, the counter personnel were pretty helpful with helping my family find directions to locations. They corrected an an extra charge of 1400B as a deposit (not needed if you pay your bill in full during check in) so just check your bill carefully. And ask the counter to call a METERED taxi for you when checking out. I don't know why they call private taxis. And take a map from the counter, it's a big help, you can walk to downtown without a tuk-tuk or a cab. Don't expect much with the facilities on the price. There's an in-house spa and massage centre but we passed on that. Btw, the breakfast's not usually a buffet setting so if you're particular, take note. On the whole, this hotel met expectations in line with the price charged. But I'd opt for Lee Gardens or at least New Seasons next time. The latter's rates are much cheaper last I checked and it's only a block away. It looks better on the outside too. GENERAL TIPS Don't eat food from roadside stalls/the floating market unless you can stomach the consequences. (Bring gastric medications) Bargain on almost everything esp tuk-tuk rates. Know that it's 20B a ride per pax. Try not to let that exceed 40B or walk, literally and figuratively. Prices are ballooned as long as you're a foreigner. Be careful walking out aft 1900. Nothing happened to my family but just be alert. Things happen. Some night markets/floating market etc open from wed-sun so plan your trip carefully. That's it, hope I've advised you on your next trip to Had Yai, have fun!

Friendly staff and good WiFi, Big rooms for the price you pay. Would stay again.

location slightly out of town, about a 15 minute walk to Lee Plaza or 60 baht in a tuk tuk.

Very good wifi connection without any charges. Room very clean, they changed bedsheet everyday due to oil marks after good body nassage.

Side table provided in room so small, couldnt put 2 dishes if you decided to take away food. Small chair with armrest not suitable for plus size people. Bed little bit hard.
