It is merely awesome hotel. It is clean, staff is helpful and speaks English (except of night guy), rooms are comfortable, beds are big and nice, bathroom is just like a perfect one. The guys who are writing here about roaches, I mean, come on! You are in Asia, and there, and it's OK if you find a bug once per week in you hotel, you don't live in vacuum rooms. By the way I haven't seen any bugs in there. The restaurant on the ground floor got delicious food at quite affordable prices. Location is not super central, but dear guests in Singapore, Malaysia and other Asean countries - walking makes you healthy, don't be that lazy, guys! 1,5 km is fine to do by foot. Anyway, there are motorbikes and tuk-tuks just in front on the hotel, and they are cheap.

-Have problem with water pressure and hot water not function. Room 415. - Voices could be heard from outside the room.

Price is resionable, cleanliness, easy to find muslim food & comfortable

we enjoyed our stay.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. The lovely male manager fixed the wifi for us (20 mins) and asked us to come back if we had problems. Good facilities. Great stay.

Lots of cockroaches!!! And non sound proof walls. We could hear people talking and TV sounds.

Value for money.Suitable to family to choose triple bed per room.But location not in 'Hat Yai Golden Triangle'...very good for family to stay here.

Large room.Suitable for family stay.

The moment when I reach at the lobby, a couple was complaining about the cockroaches they saw in the room. I was like, gosh, really? I booked a hotel with a lot of cockroaches? But, after we checked-in, we went to the room. The room is so clean. I live there 2 nights, didn't see any cockroach neither in the room nor corridor. Usually, hotel will have some bad smell. But, this one, none. It's clean and cozy.

No Safe Box and kettle in the room. It's quite important for me to put my important stuff into safe box. Then, the lobby didn't provide Hatyai city map and the tourist spot leaflet for the tourist.

Cleanliness

Location is not good very very far from town.Service and facilites also out not good at all.Tutut to go to town cost approx thb100-150.Very expensive.

The room is unique and very clean and freshness with the aromatic authentic Thai. The breakfast is good with the variant menu and we can allowed take the outside food and beverage into the restaurant, and we can choose it between restaurant menu or traditional food of the street. The hotel is not so crowded and you can find another exotic food in there.

Make better the hospitality. That's it's!!!
