The scenery from the rooms, the space rooms offered and the price I paid for the rooms. Facilities such as mini golf, table tennis, fitness centre, squash and tennis courts. The hotel should introduce Muslim shower in toilets just like leading hotels in Bangkok do. In restaurants and breakfast they should introduce Halal food, and if any chicken or lamb is already Halal, then it should be advertised as such. They should also introduce a couple of more table tennis tables as table tennis is by far the most popular game and there are long queues of guests for the lone table. Games room should also be open for 24 hrs. |

The breakfast and pools are fantastic. Really enjoyed the green landscape around the resort. Some of the furnishing appears to be worn out. |

There was nothing what I liked about the hotel. I would never stay here again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. So far it was the worst hotel -in the same category-where I ever stayed in Phuket. (I' have been visiting the island for over 10 years regularly). It is a very very touristic hotel without any charme and that oriental touch what you find in nearly every hotel in Thailand. Rooms look very commercial, providing cold atmosphere.I Find the landscape design of the hotel very weird. You can't enter buy car/taxis but they let big tour buses in, which park in the morning in front of your balcony waiting for the tourists with running engine and making irritating noise at 8 am on Saturday morning. Unacceptable!! Staff is far not up to International standard. They have a very much country girl/boy appearance .They need a bit of grooming and training. |

전체적으로 조용한 분위기 - because of the low season maybe.. Security system was excellent where it's totally seperated by outsiders. Hotel is located quite distance from the airport, phuket city also famous Patong city. However taxi is very expensive and not convenient where we need to hassel negotiation. The transporation that hotel provides is ridiculously expensive compare to other means of transporation. Why not providing a shuttle service every hour to go along side beaches and the airport? |

die anlage ist traumhaft,die zimmer mit meerblick haben eine wunderbare aussicht.die empfangsbereiche sehr ansprechend. leider ist der strand nur erreichbar,wenn eine stark frequentierte strasse ueberquert wird. Das meer war auf grund der gefaehrlichen stroemung an keinem tag meines aufenthalts zum schwimmen geeignet.Keine wassersport moeglichkeiten in der umgebung. |

Odalar çok temiz ve çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü.Spa ise bayanlar için çok güzel bir deneyim .Genel olarak begendim diyebilirim. Tarafınızdan yaptığımız rezervasyonumuzu bulamadılar otele gittiğimizde.Sizin rezervasyon kağıtlarınızı verince bile bulunamadı.Fakat bize 2 adet oda tahsis ettiler.Bizim için sorun olmadı ama ilk defa giden veya iyi derecede dil bilmeyen misafirler sorun yaşayabilir. |

Ik vond het personeel heel vriendelijk en gedienstigen de kamers waren heel proper. Een zalig hotel één van de beste die we al gehad hebben. Rustig je kan er heel goed ontspannen en relaxen. |
