Al mio arrivo mi è stato subito offerto un upgrade con internet gratis x 24 ore, servizio di lavanderia x 2 pezzi al giorno e prima colazione inclusa. Tutto questo pagando 30 euro in piu al giorno. la mancanza di bidet in bagno, almeno potevano mettere quelle doccine manuali vicine al Water. |

la vista sulla città e sul fiume, le camere spaziose, professionalità del personale, eleganza dell'hotel è lontano dal centro, bisogna prendere sempre un tuk tuk/taxi (10 min con un costo di 100 bath, circa 2 euro), ho scelto l'hotel perchè sono rimasta incatata dalle camere e dalla vista sul fiume ma alla fine si passa poco tempo in hotel, quindi meglio sciegliere un hotel vicino al night bazar. |

The room was big and clean. The connoisseur of this hotel has no knowledge of their city. I had one day in Chaing mai and wanted to go for the best tour. Instead the connoisseur booked for a tour that had nothing to do with the city and the tour guide ( Jiourney tours) was also pretty rude. Thta spoiled my one day trip of Chiang mai |

We liked how they arrange the room and we apreciate to find chocolate and fruit in the room at our arrival. Free Internet access was really apreciated. The breakfast was ok but we would have apreciate to have better bread (instead of industrial bread !). Beds too soft for us ! |

The hotel was very well maintained and the facilities, staff, and breakfast were all excellent. Staff were polite and very helpfull. |

Vist t Chiang mai bur iI founsd the Holiday In too remote and too different from the genara Chiang Mai feeling That WIFI was not incuded. Also you had to log in your laptop anytime whith password and username |

In general Hotel was very good, but lacked that extra bit if effort to ensure the staffing levels met the demands in the restuarant and bar at this busy time. Hotel is a little distant from the main areas of restuarants and shopping and without any guide of distance and direction to such places. |

The hotel is very well kept despite that this hotel has been around for sometime. Room is generally spacious. Breakfast is good. Goose down pillow can be available upon request. If one wants peace and quite then this is the hotel for you as this hotel is located on the fringe of the city boundary Location. For hygiene and cleaniness the hotel should install hand shower for the W.C. Hot water is inconsistent especially during shower...sometime hot and sometime cold!!! The bed is too soft for my liking but may be acceptable by others. |
