Magnifico hotel, camere lussuose con vista sul fiume, ottimo il ristorante a buffet che propone settimanalmente cene a tema (da non perdere quella a base di pesce al venerdì!!!). Unico neo la leggera distanza dal centro città con I templi, ma un pò meno dal night bazar, raggiungibile con 5 minuti di tuk tuk. Raccomando anche l'agenzia interna per l'organizzazione dei vari tours, guide ottime, puntuali, affidabili oltre che I prezzi davvero onesti. |

Al mio arrivo mi è stato subito offerto un upgrade con internet gratis x 24 ore, servizio di lavanderia x 2 pezzi al giorno e prima colazione inclusa. Tutto questo pagando 30 euro in piu al giorno. la mancanza di bidet in bagno, almeno potevano mettere quelle doccine manuali vicine al Water. |

la vista sulla città e sul fiume, le camere spaziose, professionalità del personale, eleganza dell'hotel è lontano dal centro, bisogna prendere sempre un tuk tuk/taxi (10 min con un costo di 100 bath, circa 2 euro), ho scelto l'hotel perchè sono rimasta incatata dalle camere e dalla vista sul fiume ma alla fine si passa poco tempo in hotel, quindi meglio sciegliere un hotel vicino al night bazar. |

Good european breakfast (and it's not easy to find in Thailand). The reception staff is very nice. I liked the gym as well. The hotel is a bit far from the old town, so you are forced to take a taxi or a tuk tuk everytime you want to go to the center or come back to the hotel. The hotel needs some renovation, especially the bathrooms. |

the hotel staff were the best they were very nice to us during our stay .the doorman made you feel like you were home after a long day of touring chiangmai.there was always the atmosphere of home.it was very good though even the other things were good like it is a spotless hotel nothing better.but always the staff's hospitality makes the difference.thankyou. |

the staff of the hotel were good ,the housekeeping were so nice the wirless was so expensive ,i can del with a shope next to the hotel . also the offer with out the brekfast |

Highly comfortable. Nice location close to the river and very quiet. Good tour desk. Many services and superb installations. Superb quality/price relation. A little bit far from town center, it is necessary to deal with a tuk-tuk or some motorized way for moving on to the town. |

The staff and the atmosphere of the surrounding which is not croudly... our room was river view, unfortunately the river water was dirty due to heavy rain other wise it could have been more nice.. it is the serious thing the hotel mangement have to take care; like houskeeping they only interested to change the bed sheets, pllow cover and bathroom towels.. they never interested to clean the bath rooms or atleast search in the rooms the floor clean or not!!! |

The room was big and clean. The connoisseur of this hotel has no knowledge of their city. I had one day in Chaing mai and wanted to go for the best tour. Instead the connoisseur booked for a tour that had nothing to do with the city and the tour guide ( Jiourney tours) was also pretty rude. Thta spoiled my one day trip of Chiang mai |

We liked how they arrange the room and we apreciate to find chocolate and fruit in the room at our arrival. Free Internet access was really apreciated. The breakfast was ok but we would have apreciate to have better bread (instead of industrial bread !). Beds too soft for us ! |
