Uitstekende dienstverlening van personeel bv. gratis upgrading naar non-smoking room, service die verleend wordt om gestolen gsm terug te vinden wat ook gelukt is. Service die verleend wordt om tbustickets naar Pai te kopen. Uitstekend ontbijtbuffet, ook op Riverterrace mogelijk. prima uitvalbasis om N-Thailand te verkennen. Goede tourdesk. |

Leuk groot hotel met vriendelijk personeel. goede shuttle-service naar verschillende plaatsen. Het is wel een Hotel waar je tot rust komt. Valt weinig in de buurt van het hotel te beleven. De bekende Night-Market is niet op 5 min. afstand. Om daar te gaan heb je wel een Tuk-Tuk nodig.( 60 - 80 Baht). Is niet echt een Hotel voor een gezin met kleine kinderen. |

het is een luxe hotel, alles wordt voor je gedaan !! en erg fijn personeel !! het zwembad is heerlijk en het is gewoon een super hotel, maar wel erg luxe !!! Het is erg luxe en het zit een stukje van het centrum af, waardoor je de stad-sfeer minder mee krijgt .... Ook je hotel kamer is erg prive en rustig en je hebt weinig tot geen contact met anderen ... daar moet je van houden :) |

Good european breakfast (and it's not easy to find in Thailand). The reception staff is very nice. I liked the gym as well. The hotel is a bit far from the old town, so you are forced to take a taxi or a tuk tuk everytime you want to go to the center or come back to the hotel. The hotel needs some renovation, especially the bathrooms. |

the hotel staff were the best they were very nice to us during our stay .the doorman made you feel like you were home after a long day of touring chiangmai.there was always the atmosphere of home.it was very good though even the other things were good like it is a spotless hotel nothing better.but always the staff's hospitality makes the difference.thankyou. |

the staff of the hotel were good ,the housekeeping were so nice the wirless was so expensive ,i can del with a shope next to the hotel . also the offer with out the brekfast |

Highly comfortable. Nice location close to the river and very quiet. Good tour desk. Many services and superb installations. Superb quality/price relation. A little bit far from town center, it is necessary to deal with a tuk-tuk or some motorized way for moving on to the town. |

The staff and the atmosphere of the surrounding which is not croudly... our room was river view, unfortunately the river water was dirty due to heavy rain other wise it could have been more nice.. it is the serious thing the hotel mangement have to take care; like houskeeping they only interested to change the bed sheets, pllow cover and bathroom towels.. they never interested to clean the bath rooms or atleast search in the rooms the floor clean or not!!! |

The room was big and clean. The connoisseur of this hotel has no knowledge of their city. I had one day in Chaing mai and wanted to go for the best tour. Instead the connoisseur booked for a tour that had nothing to do with the city and the tour guide ( Jiourney tours) was also pretty rude. Thta spoiled my one day trip of Chiang mai |

We liked how they arrange the room and we apreciate to find chocolate and fruit in the room at our arrival. Free Internet access was really apreciated. The breakfast was ok but we would have apreciate to have better bread (instead of industrial bread !). Beds too soft for us ! |

Vist t Chiang mai bur iI founsd the Holiday In too remote and too different from the genara Chiang Mai feeling That WIFI was not incuded. Also you had to log in your laptop anytime whith password and username |
