It's really high class hotel , and I enjoyed staying there with my wife!! *Helpful staff and good location to catch up cabs or tuk tuk! *good breakfast!!

Lot of glass work, Large glasses in the room used as walls to save the cost of construction. I stayed at 16 th floor with my family and I found a glass sliding door was open And across this a open space which extremely dangerous to young children. I appeal to hotel administration please look into it.

There was no muslim shower in the toilets which is a big problem for muslim travellers

Location is perfect... 2 min. Walking distance to the shopping district and 50 steps from the train station! Nicely appointed rooms, option for takeaway breakfast.

No bolt on the bathroom door... Not very practical when staying with kids. Also housekeeping is generally unavailable after-hours.

As a first time traveling to Bangkok was surprised to make a deposit, if knew wouldn't be surprise. Weren't possibilities for early check-in even for additional price. But we did pay for breakfast instead and spent several hours at 7th floor great restaurant !

the security guards are very friendly and help us to get a taxi at gd rate.

room abit dull. if switch on the lights are too bright cos of the yellow light. it will be better if is change to white light.

We booked this hotel for 7 nights , location is fantastic next to MBK,Siam Paragon and other Malls, staff was helpful and friendly we enjoyed our stay .Breakfast was decent (cereals, juices,milk,fruits ,noodles,eggs, sausage lovely fresh breads etc) don't know what all the grumpy people complaine about.Over all we were satisfied .

Great new rooms with all the facilities and perfect location for shopping....all the shopping malls are at a walking distance.....good value for money.....friendly staff who always helped us in getting metered taxis.....would definitely stay there again

The location is a bit far from all the nightlife and the taxi drivers charge u like crazy late at night for going back to hotel

Overall good service from the staff. We were given early check in for 2 of our rooms without asking. Booking went without any glitch and we got our special room requests acceded ( 4 rooms on same floor).

One female front desk receptionist was sulky.
