Hotel is OK,roons are nice and cleam. Not many activities for a resort...

Checkout desk. Very unpleasant. They did not want to call a cab, saying no cab would go there, and telling us we should go with their friend for a price higher then it costs to go from the airport to the city (a much greater distance). The hotel should provide this transfer, or at least have a driver to do it at a reasonable price. And hire more polite people to do the checkout. It really almost ruined my trip.

I had agood time at this Resort . In particular m, I can say that food was very good and really met international sttandarts . So , I can congratulate Holiday Resort in Mai Khao for this successful item !

You may pay attention to the environment .. Beach is not clean . And it is a bad review from my side . You must make efforts , in a daily basis to clean and protect the sand .. thre a lot of rubish 9plastic bags, bottles..) too close to your beach .. Why ? It is giving a bad impression !

The place is very quiet and is suitable for those that wants to unwind from the busy city life. The staffs are very nice and friendly. The area is very clean and beautiful. The rooms are very clean and tidy. They have a lot of activities arranged during your stay there.

I think there should be more lighting on the pathway in the centre of the whole place, especially since the routes are main routes that connect everywhere together. Perhaps can send some of the restaurants staff for training in English language, as my dinner on my first night there was all wrongly ordered if not not taken down.

Great service.... Friendly inviting and very helpful. Great Buffett breakfast that my husband was very happy about. Right on the beach. Great pool.

We stayed at family room that was equipped with one king size bed and two story bed for kids. The two story bed was located in a kid's room that had TV game and playing area. My kids were so happy to play there and sleep in the room. This hotel is really suitable for family traveler with small kids.

Food at hotel restaurant was just fair level. Not fantastic.

Everything cant fault the Resort.

Its alittle out of the main areas, but great for relaxing.

Location was good but was very far from main areas.

The water from bathroom spoiled all the room and our luggage. Hotel charged for laundry which became dirty due to their fault. Staff was not at all flexible in that. Moreover they took long time to return the laundry back which wasted half day. Will not recommend to next visitors due to poor service.

The Kid's club is fresh and vibrant. We love the colours. The staff there were good with the kids and kept them entertained.

The room cleanliness was not up to mark. Flooring were a little sticky and some small ants were seen in many places in the room. Lighting in the bathroom is too dim.

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The sea view on the beach is very good though it is true for most hotel located in Mai Khao.

It was truly a remarkable most relaxing stay and we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and staff. A perfecteaceful hotel with great facilities, pool and amazing beach.

If only one comment is that there is no shops or anything close by but everything else is perfect.

I think holiday inn phuket mai khao beach is a good hotel specially if anybody want to relax he must stay there.staff is very co-operative and hotel is very neat and clean.but transportation is not easily in your access.

Service was good and excellent time at Holiday Inn Resort. The staff was very co-operative and helped us during our stay. The beach was excellent and we enjoyed a lot. Will definitely come back.

Only location to far from city

We only used it as a one night stop over before catching a ferry to another Island but I was really surprised at how lovely it was - could have stayed at least 3 or 4 nights

Style: trendy, basic, minimalistic, natural products used in building. Blend in nature! Close to beach is good view on ocean!Fun with movie in garden. Cool pool and super that it is salty, I don't like chloor. Cool

Staff were fantastic, the food was excellent and the resort was great.

Nothing special, it is just a new hotel.

1. When rain comes, it is very uncomfortable to go to the room and it is not enough umbrella for all guests. 2. Many flyes fly around hotel

Lovely place to stay, the rooms are great the breakfast was excellent, the staff are really nice people,

I only had 2 problems during my stay, There was a high number of flies in the outdoor areas, seems alot of flies like the quality that Holiday Inn has to offer. Also during "happy 2 hours" at the cocktail bar the barman worked so slowly he almost went into reverse! Other than those things it was a lovely stay, The free for an hour bicycles is a great idea, Not the best beach in Phuket but since they have such a great pool area it don't really matter, its location close to the airport is great too.
