It was the best hotel/resort we have stayed in. It fully entertained our 10 and 7 year old. We felt we were on our honeymoon again. Excellent for all ages, with or without children. Highly recommended. Loved it all. |

My villa room had it all, outstanding furniture, brilliant TV and an amazing peaceful access to the private pool of the wing. Everything was absolutely modern as far as decor, free minibar which is refilled daily, free DVDs which u can borrow, and they also lend u an ipod fully loaded with music for the duration of ur stay to go with the music system they have in the rooms. I'm a pilot myself and we're always booked in 5 star hotels during our nightstop flights, and i would like to point out that the villa room is by far better than all hotels i've been in. Hotel Location was very appealing to me, although that becomes a personal choice, but in short from the main pool you could access the beach directly, shopping and bangla road very close I would have liked a pick up from the airport which i did not get, which is only reasonable for the daily price tag on the room and for any 5 star hotel. The hotel representative at the airport simply told me, sir u have to take a taxi and it's 650 THB. ( thanks i could have figured that on my own ). And as far as the staff is concerned, i dealt with more than one, so not to be harsh towards the friendly ones, some didnt offer much help, i would have appreciated more explanation on activities and such, shouldn't have to ask to be briefed on that. I also didn't get any help with taxi's or transportation while checking out ! Totally ruined my day. |

The holiday Inn had everything covered, from the kids pool the excellent rooms, they also had an offer that kids below 12 could eat for free. I would stay here again, I could not find anything wrong with the place, even when it was very busy the staff are so good we never had to wait for anything, plus they would open up extra tables in the one of the event rooms if required just so that no had to wait for breakfast. |

Facilities, Staff, Location, Luxury, second to none really. We are pretty sure we had bed bugs in the first room Busakorn Villa Pool view (however would be very sorry if we were wrong as the staff were fantastic - not anyone's fault - it just happens in some mattresses I guess? - they changed our room immediately to a better Villa Pool Access room). but all in all a fantastic place (if you are in the Busakorn wing - the other main wing is likely fine - just busy). |

the hotel is located in a very active beach (Patong), it is close to shopping, excellent and variaty of resturants. The staff are very freindly. the hotel facilities are excellent. the first night we had a problem with the air condition but it is fixed on the following day |

I booked a villa pool view for me & family, frontdesk staff didn't check me in as they told me the room accommodates only two people, I was very upset, to make it up for me, they gave me a deluxe seaview room which was way much bigger at a discounted price. It was an excellent experience. |

The service and the staff are exceptional. Family with young children are very welcome. The baby sitting service is very helpful. The buffet in the evening is sometimes very expensive. |

we've booked hotel transfer from airport to hotel, which cost 1200 THB (normal taxi's charge 600 THB) one way but was okey, worse was on way back to airport after check out. We had to wait over 30 min for tranfer which didnt show up, receptionist from hotel gave back our money and said we need to find taxi ourself. We almost missed our plane. This was a really bad ending of quite pleasnt stayed. |

The facilities like free water, newspaper and Internet of the room are quite very convenient while cleaning and service are good ! In the early morning there was quite some disturbance by noise in the corridors of neighbours closing doors and by loud speaking cleaners. |

Huge, impersonal, busy, touristy and not at all relaxing. Great location for Patong centre. My advice is to stay out of patong entirely. Tourist trap. lots of mosqito's in our room on day 1. rip off hotel taxi to airport. pestering touts everywhere as soon as you walk out of the hotel. |
