Buena situacion junto a zona comercial y frente a la playa. La habitacion confortable y moderna. Buen desayuno. Al llegar intentaron vendernos una habitacion superior y fueron un poco insistentes, pero el resto del personal de recepcion fueron muy amables. |

The Bukasorn Wing was fantastic and the Villa pool view/access rooms were devine. Lovely service, fresh flowers and fruit and the free mini bar in the room stocked daily was great! |

The Villa room in the Busakorn wing was really worth the extra dollars. The room was perfect and the private pool was awesome, there was almost never kids in the pool so it was always nice and quiet. Also the barman was really good, and the food was excellent and cheap. I also liked the location, the beach is across the road. The brown water coming out of the bathroom sink. |

we stayed in the busakorn wing of the hotel and it was exellent nothing, even the hotel manager took time to arrange a cocktail party to welcome new guests which was a nice touch.it was our 40th wedding anniversary,and they left a nice cake in our room. |

holiday inn was amazing,,perfect. though i did send the entire payment in advance and cause my brother paid from his credit card still they were so stuck up about me asking my brother to send his credit card details and language was a problem too....over all id rank the hotel a 5*****.. |

my children love the kids and teen club that the hotel provided. its quite convenience for us as we parents can do our shopping peacefully without dragging the children. the charges for the teen club is reasonable. |

I staid in the bosakorn wing for five nights the hotel staff were proffisional and the room service were exellent. The pool is great. The restaurants. And the room. Basically its one one of the best hotels i have staid at. |

The room is clean & the bed is great for a perfect sleep. The hotel feels secure due to the visible security presence especially at the lift. It's an easy walking distance to the beach, food, shopping & nightlife. |

The location is excellent, easily access to restaurants; hotel is very family friendly with good facilities for kids; the kids eat free program was a real good surprice for me as I was prepared to pay the hotel meal for my kids then found out that I didn't have to pay a single cent for it. It was really value for money. During our stay, it was raining most of the time, thanks for the kids club that kept my kids occupied. This is a perfact place for family traveller with kids |

Very good location near shopping & eateries yet hotel atmosphere very tranquil, Food served at buffets excellent value for money. Shower area in toilet room rather small and smelly (guess drainage problem) and also lots mosquitoes around hotel even during the day |

The location of the resort is excellent, right in the heart of Patong where you can have all day activities, shopping and various dining option. Prices at restoran situated in resort is reasonable as it is as competitive as those restoran located along Patong beach. |

Fantastic!!!!! Hotel was lovely!! Very clean. All 3 pools were great. Staff werre so helpful and english very good. Breakfast buffet was the best i've even had. Position of hotel was excellent. 10/10 recomend holiday inn very highly to everyone!!!! Nothing. everything was great. |
