busakorn villa"s zijn ruim, en de ligging van hotel prima om te gaan winkelen en uit te gaan . mooi zwembad. niet veel privatie in de kamers, snel inkijk van uit andere kamers (overzijde) |

the hotel is located in a very active beach (Patong), it is close to shopping, excellent and variaty of resturants. The staff are very freindly. the hotel facilities are excellent. the first night we had a problem with the air condition but it is fixed on the following day |

Quick check in, pleasant and helpful staff, clean room, room was cleaned every day, close to beach, suitable for families with kids, kids clubs, good restaurants, close to shopping and dining, guest recriational program, help for booking tours and entertainment, evening child care available (at additional cost, but reasonable). |

I booked a villa pool view for me & family, frontdesk staff didn't check me in as they told me the room accommodates only two people, I was very upset, to make it up for me, they gave me a deluxe seaview room which was way much bigger at a discounted price. It was an excellent experience. |

The service and the staff are exceptional. Family with young children are very welcome. The baby sitting service is very helpful. The buffet in the evening is sometimes very expensive. |

we've booked hotel transfer from airport to hotel, which cost 1200 THB (normal taxi's charge 600 THB) one way but was okey, worse was on way back to airport after check out. We had to wait over 30 min for tranfer which didnt show up, receptionist from hotel gave back our money and said we need to find taxi ourself. We almost missed our plane. This was a really bad ending of quite pleasnt stayed. |

The facilities like free water, newspaper and Internet of the room are quite very convenient while cleaning and service are good ! In the early morning there was quite some disturbance by noise in the corridors of neighbours closing doors and by loud speaking cleaners. |

Lovely helpful staff. Great central location. Was disappointed about the pool situation - it's not clear when you book that the pool & sun lounges shown in the pictures is only available to guests of the Busakorn Wing. |

Huge, impersonal, busy, touristy and not at all relaxing. Great location for Patong centre. My advice is to stay out of patong entirely. Tourist trap. lots of mosqito's in our room on day 1. rip off hotel taxi to airport. pestering touts everywhere as soon as you walk out of the hotel. |

i like the best thing about the hotel is its location and its enviornment. i have stayed in the same hotel three year ago with my wife and we really enjoyed it, this time i was with friends and i recomended them this hotel, and they really like it. i love to visit it again!!!!!!!! |

I liked the fact that first of all it had a children's centre. Our three year od daughter loved going there. A schedule of activities was set up for every day of the week. Secondly, it was so very centrally located. You were within walking distance to so many places including markets, restaurants, the beach was only a ten minute walk from our hotel room. The staff was very helpful. |

Amazing room and pool at the Busakorn villa section. Convenient location. Delicious breakfast. Great Staff. Excellent service. All in all a very good experience. I’m definitely coming back. The concierge services could be improved. One staff member failed to advise us on the availability of another boat company when one company was fully booked for the Rasha Island trip. In contrast, Ms. Waraporn was excellent in her advice and guidance on all trips and activities, but by that time it was too late since we were leaving the next day. |

Room was ready to move in to even though I was early. Complimentary mini bar. Plenty of towels in room. Not easy to find a towel by the pool. Pool should be open after dark. More live entertainment would have been good. |

Perhaps as we were staying in the Busakorn wing, the service was really good and we were able to obtain the items that we requested for, eg, baby bathtub, high chair and extra pillows for our toddler. |
