att det mesta fanns inom hotell området vilket betyder mycket för oss när min dotter sofie 16 år sitter i rullstol och är blind.

när man som gäst betalar 46000kr.för två rum och äter allt + 3 spabehandlingar till en summa av ca.16000kr till och inte får så mycket som en extra fruktkorg eller något annat som uppskattning vill jag berätta att det är första gången vi inte fått denna gest.Vi gör 4 långresor varje år så vi har mycket att jämföra med.Komiskt att jag som var klar med utcheckningen fick betala 26 bath för internet 15 min.

The Holiday inn resort staff were friendly and they cater to the whole family. The location of the Hotel is excellent. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly recommend the Hotel to friends and family and will be back as soon as we possibly can

the location is perfect in the heart of Patong walking disctance from beach, shopping and night life and the variety of high class restaurant.

the hotel has 3 pool, if you book standard room you dont have access to one pool only.

We stayed in villas for 4 days, the villas are large and have a well designed pool which is just opened to villa guests. Holiday Inn is a luxury hotel. Comfort and cleanless is excellent. The staff are so kind and helpful. If I will visit Phuket again I would just stay in Holiday Inn.

I couldn't find any bad thing about this hotel. Just the breakfast can be better.

Hotel shuttle to/from airport costs 1200 bhat, local taxi is between 500- 700 (depending on your bartering skills).

Great location, good rooms, good package, fun place for kids.

The hotel has plenty of swimming pools. It has a nanny club as well if you are travelling with kids. It is located in front of the Patong main beach with direct access to the beach. The room is excellent. The breakfast was superp with lots of varieties. The staffs are helpful and the hotel has a big lobby.

Despite that I reserved a room with king size bed I was offered a room with 2 beds. I insisted on getting the room that I reserved. With a short argument with the receptionist I was given the room I reserved. Furthermore, the hotel lobby is opened to outside. If the weather is hot then it would not be pleasent to sit in the lobby. Something else not related to the hotel, the taxis in Phuket have no meters and they would charge exagerrated fares. Therefore, be sure to bargain.

We stayed at Busakorn pool access room it was second time for us because the last time experience had struck us as pretty good .its private pool is really relaxing and calm,I love the atmosphere inside the private area.The hotel's breakfast was also excellent we can choose from variety of foods and most of foods have good taste. What's more,the location is really near to Bangla Road so we enjoyed walking around there without taking a tuk-tuk taxi.

Eace room in Busakorn Studios are build much closely to the next door so you might hear the noise of the other stayers.

Very poor internet connection

We didn't want to leave the resort it was so beautiful. Great value for money across the spectrum - food, drink and accomodation. We had issues with no wireless internet and questionable hot water but this did not impact us much. The beds are to die for - so comfortable. Balcony's could be slightly larger for comfort - we stayed at the Busacorn wing. We will be returning next year for sure

My wife, 2 kids, a 6 and 9 year old and I stayed at the Holiday Inn and we really cant fault this place at all. We stayed in the main wing for a few days which is quite nice. It has a good pool, bars and restaurants. Good rooms, which are clean, serviced everyday, and beds are always turned for night. It was great that the beds were comfy too. Great location. Everything is at your doorstep. The beach, bars, restaurants, shopping, and bangla rd is a short stroll down the road, just perfect. We stayed in Busakorn wing for the next 9 nights. Rooms have a more modern feel about them and are very nice. We loved the larger pool in this wing, and yes, it has a pool bar!! It came in very handy. Its worth staying in this wing for the extra few dollars.
