Beds in premier room was extreemely comfortable. The shower was also excellent. These were very welcome after a long journey. Reception and accomodation staff very polite and helpful. I would recommend this hotel. However please see note below Price of breakfast was not displayed and as our booking did not include breakfast we were shocked at the very expensive breakfast. It was almost 4,000 baht and was a buffet which was not sufficiently hot enough in my opinion. Dining room was very busy.

if you stay here pay the little extra and stay in the executive level of this hotel.. great rooms and the staff are so kind.. This hotel made Bangkok for us!

It was at a safe neighborhood, and practically near shops and about less than 30 mins drive to main malls, traffic jam is very usual in bangkok and silom area but since its near the highway, its easier to get away... Breakfast was great, especially om sundays...did expect meals were that great for the budgeted package. Also i liked how i was able to get a membership card for out stay..and the beds or the room itself is huge, enough room to move around Should have free wifi, one night, we had problems with the bathroom water, it seems to lack treatment with a faint yellow color ..we had to let water flow for quite some time...

It was centrally located. The Tuk-tuk drivers wanted stupidly high prices to take us back to the hotel. It seems the hotel hasa reputation for having guests who are undiscerning guests.

The new renovations bring it up to a great standard Maid service to make up the room very slow - most days did not come until after 3.30pm!

Not alot as our mood was put off by the fact the staff misplaced us in our allocation of room and we'tried to hide the fact. Unusually unhelpful service from Thais at this hotel.

a. The big room and its furnitures. Very comfortable and of course the chicken mushroom from the bakery. b. Near to everywhere I wanted to see in Bangkok. a. I got insect bites during sleeping at second night and I realized it when I woke up in the morning. Until now, I still have those black marks on my right arm. b. The TV channels were not good because the movies were old movies.

Great price in the heart of the city. Nice rooftop pool. Almost luxurious considering the price. Not terrible but a bit of a slog to the skytrain. Kind of ridiculous they still charge for internet access.

Nice hotel with a very friendly staff. We liked the location and it was good value for what we paid. The only thing we thought wasn't good was that the room was a bit dark but otherwise everything was fine.

Staff are fantastic, location ideal, facilities excellent, rooms and appliances in them great. At the time of booking the hotel had some very good room deals, and compared more than favourably with competition from nearby similar standard establishments. Some "hidden" additional charges including room servicing fees, even if reasonable by western standards. Recommend you do your own laundry elsewhere as charge through hotel is very expensive. Wi-fi in rooms would be an improvememt rather than having to use in reception area coffee lounge.

Location,service at front desk and concierge,room was good but so it should be considering it was a premier room, breakfast was ok but choice of fruits was limited,coffee was only luke warm, only two towels left daily in bathroom which is not enough considering bkk weaather always very humid.

The staff was very accommodating. We had to pay for the internet which we ended up not getting. I think they should at least provide a one-time complimentary internet connection for guest staying for a long period of time.
