Staff not fit in English. Only cash payment in advance possible, no breakfast, hot place, no view.

So convenient for Hualamphong station and MRT, especially as we were catching

Close to the train station which is what we needed. Rooms were clean.

The staff were unhelpful and not particularly welcoming. When the wifi was not working I was told to go and switch the router on and off myself. Our room was on the 5th floor and we were not offered help with our luggage or warned that there was no lift. The sign for the restaurant was left out but when we inquired into food we were told the kitchen was shut.

Location is perfect, across the road from train stations and Chinatown. It's a good base to explore from, not far from downtown Bangkok. The room is clean and all the basics are there, the coffee shop downstairs has good coffee and food.

Would've been nice to have some coffee in the room.

Near Railway Station. It could be very helpful if one takes train (E.G.early in the morning). Nice choice of city and around bkk tours.

No lift.

Location- perfect if you would like to travel by train. We spent here one night only, leaving the hostel at 5 am. Internet available, room well equipped.

No lift (we had the rooom on the 4th floor). I would not stay here if I would like to explore Bangkok- ambience is not too friendly (broken-down-looking).

Clean and nice budget hotel right next to the train station. I would stay here again if I where taking the train the next day, only a 5 min walk to the station (you can walk underground in the metro tunnel instead of crossing the busy road). It is also right in front of the metro stop so very convenient. It is about 1km from the river where you can take the River Express boat to the Buddha temples etc and Khao San Rd. We did that. Very nice experience with the boat. Rooms are basic but clean. Good value for your money. You can hear the cars from the street in front of the hotel at night but it is doable, not too noicy. Request a room in the back of the building.

No elevator. Steep stairs. If you are a bit older requset a room on the first floor. The staff did not carry your bags up to your room.

Staff is nice. The breakfast is delicious. Room is clean. It's very convinient to transfer by train, cause opposite to Hua Lumphon Train Station.

Room is a bit small, but it's ok to stay short time.

It's fine if you use it as a transit hotel, very good for its position just in front of the train station. Would not recommended for a long staying in bkk

Location is very convenient, just 5 minutes walk to railway station and 1 minutes walk to MTR and bus stop. 7-11 and FamilyMart are nearby. Room is clean. Receptionist is friendly and helpful. The WIFI is good. There are also a living room and cafe. 位置非常好，走到華南蓬火車站只要5分鐘，走到地鐵站或公交車站只要1分鐘。超市也很近，左邊路口轉角有家- 7-11，右邊不遠處有家FamilyMart。房間乾淨，接待員很友好，提供了很多幫助。WIFI信號很好。- 二樓有間共用的起居室，底樓提供咖啡和西餐。大床房的浴室比較寬敞，雙人房的要小些。

sometimes voice outside can be heard at night. 晚上有時能聽到外面人說話的聲音。

Nothing I think of. However, if you have trouble in climbing stairs, then you should reconsider.

The restaurant is a bit of a farce but the food (when it arrived) was good.

Nothing. if one were to use the Hua Lamphong train station then it would be very convenient. Otherwise there are much bbetter places to stay. It is close to the chinese town (10 minute walk approximately).

Location to Lamphong train station is good as its just accross the road within walking distance.

EVERYTHING.... really poor hotel, unfriendly, poor value for money I would never go back.

Too many stairs to climb wish they had a bell boy or staff to carry the luggage for the over 50 crowd

Free wifi and nice staff. The cafe downstairs is quite OK for meals. Location is excellent if you travel by train.

Great location to catch an early train. Nice clean place with good staff. Room seemed new and clean. Right next to the subway. Easy to use it to get around town.

Wifi was weak at times in the room. But worked.
