1.Small but everything had its place. 2) Good hard bed 3) next to Chong Nonsi BTS station 4). Clean and cosy 5) Good breakfast from rooftop of hotel-great view! 1. No view outside of room window 2) Difficult to control hot/cold water cos they used the small instant water heater 3) nearest food stalls quite a distance away but there is a McD next door. |

Excellent location (in front of Chong Nonsi BTS station), lots of eating places adjacent to the hotel, friendly staff, good rates. Room and bathroom are small, not sound-proof. |

The location was great, near Silom street. The room was clean and large. The design of the hotel is very modern. Breakfast is exceptional. |

I go to bkk every year and I have stayed in many different hotels - I Residence is definitely the best deal I have found : my room was large enough, good design, perfectly furnished, very comfortable, nice size well equiped bathroom - good and varied breakfast on the 10th floor terrace overlooking bkk - large swimming pool on the roof exposed to the sun most of the day - free Internet room from 6am to 11pm - the location is extremely convenient, 2 minutes walking from Chong Nosi station - the staff is young and friendly, most of the time very efficient to answer questions The entrance of the hotel is not very glamourous but who cares ? as of october 2009 there is some construction going on next door (a new condominium) so one can expect some heavy banging (but the frontdesk will gladly move you to the other side of the I-Residence - Contrary to previous reviews the minibar is no longer free - one last remark : the carpetting in the room could have been cleaner But great value for the money ! |

Overall, in terms of location & pricing, definitely 4 stars out of 5. The shower water temperature was killing, either boiling hot or icy cold. Could not even have a decent shower thru out the stay there. Water pressure was weak too. My roommate requested for a morni call at 0530 hrs but no one called. They were almost late for their flight when someone at the recep called to inform that the taxi to airport was waiting downstairs. That was already 0730 hrs!!! |

Hotel staff are very helpful, and can speak some English. Location near to the BTS station & 7-Eleven store is indeed very convenient. I stayed in the Grand Deluxe room and it is so frustrating that not only is the shower low in water pressure but also cold. Find it difficult to wash our hair. |

I like the freindly staff and the location. Lot of noice on the corridor the whole night long. Doors slashinh, loud taling etc. Bad, bad, bad. |

Ideal location, friendly staff and really above average accommodation for the price. Lovely rooftop pool as well. Bit noisy but it is in the center of things. OK at night. |

room is very new and comfortable. But the level of bathroom floor is not slope to the drain. So water on the floor will be always wet. |

We stayed in Grand Deluxe for one night. Inside the room it was all good, huge space, clean and tidy. I specially like its free internet. 1- The pool didn't open the day when we went swimming. We specially booked this hotel cos we like swimming so sort of disappointing. 2- The reception is in the carpark, through the window we can see others just about 2 meters away, the compromise for space does look funny. 3- Even though very close to train we still don't like the location as still far from resturants and shops. A bit quiet in the night. |

Location was excellent, right next to skytrain station. Room clean, modern and comfortable. Rooftop swimming pool and gym very nice, didn't eat at the hotel but reasonable prices. Staff very friendly and helpful, would stay here again. |

Its location is excellent. The Chong Nonsri BTS skytrain station is practically at its doorsteps. This gives one access to practically most of Bangkok via the BTS and the MRT Subway system - no traffic jams. The free internet in the bedroom and in the common Internet Room is great. But it could be improved with the provision of a printer to enable one to print boarding passes. I have stayed here before and liked it a lot. This time I found it very noisy. The room was not soundproof and it was not dark.The outside light through the bathroom kept the bedroom lit up all night. With the noise, it was not restful. Check-out was a long tedious process unlike my previous stays. |

The location is good. BTS Chon Nonsi station is right infront of the hotel.Near to Silom area too, about 10 mins walk. The hotel is new and roof top swimming pool and restaurant are nice. Room design is nice and trendy, with LCD tv and 7 channels if not mistaken. The food quality can be improved. Construction is going on next to the hotel, its a bit noisy at daytime. |

10 meter away from BTS , walk 5 meter from MC , thai food , supermarket ..etc , fitness club, swimming pool , internet cable free in the room . some of the stuff nice and some of them really vey cold. a bit noisy start fromnight when other rooms partying until morning when the work area start in the new bridge . also i stayed 2 nights and when i wanted to extend one more night they asked for double price or i book again online which is wasn't free rooms online so i had to pay double price or i leave the hotel , it should fixable also the price was much for that hotel special after i looked around i found much better hotels with less price . i pied 1320 B per night per person and breakfast wasn't including !!! |

I love the way the hotel staffs smiled, they were so nice and helpfull. The breakfasts were not bad too. Did not like the water heater because sometimes it doesn't work. |
