I Residence Hotel Silom  

Room designation is high-level. Nice and beautiful. The location is very good too. It's nearby bts Chong Nochi station, and only 10 or 15 mins walking to Sala Daeng or Silom. Business bar is very convenient. I wanna find some information about my trip line and the airport. But my laptop has no internet for using. Then I went to bb to find out everything I wanted.

The room is not quiet. I was woken up by the noise from the window outside in the morning and didn't sleep at all. The pool I thought is the good point of this hotel. But finally I found that I was wrong. Cause this pool is square size and very small. When you swim, you have to change the swimming directions every second.

location is near the skytrain. reception is nice.

Its worth paying a bit more for the Grand Deluxe room, its much bigger than the original Deluxe room. The general location was great and you can ask your Taxi to stop at Chong Nonsi station if they ever get lost.

Their tv channels weren't showing properly, a lot of missing channels, and the air-conditioning is not the centralized kind, so it takes awhile to cool the room when you get back. Nothing really bad about it.

Excellent location and price (£20 with free deluxe upgrade). Rooftop pool. Excellent location for me.

Near to bts and the room was nice too...

Good location (proximity to bts & a walking distance to night market) Plentiful breakfast buffet (esp. Fresh salad bar). The swimming pool on the roof is Ok but small and the view at the surroundings from it is average.

The hotel is rather worn-out. Would expect a better condition of the rooms and facilites judging by the photos & other guests' comments. The staff tried to place us in a room with clear smell of cigarette smoke in spite of no-smoking requrement they had beforehand. Luckily they settled this issue by giving us another room (still 30 minutes wasted late at night when we were really tired after the flight). Generally I think there might be better value for money options esp if you look for discounts.

Good basic room. Not bad location, right on the stop of BTS. Smiley girls on reception.

Naughty bell boy who is always trying to make money on you. First night we were given "free upgrade" to bigger room, and it was really awful. The furniture was very old and was broken. It was very very noisy that night as the windows went out on the road. I couldn`t fell asleep. But the next day they switched to "cheaper" room and it was much better. It was quiet in it and it looked like it was recently renewed. Not free wi-fi, though it is not so expensive.

Good location, right next to the BTS-station. Good breakfast, friendly staff.

There were not enough sunbeds at the pool area. Bathroom floor was always wet, cause the sink leaked and the tap was dripping.

Room smelled like smoking room. Mold in the shower grout but everything else was ok. Wouldn't call us a taxi, or provide WiFi in the rooms for free.
