Hotel was clean in general, pool was nice. 30 seconds from the sky train

Staff didnt speak very good English so was hard to communicate. Internet isn't free! We said to the main desk that it says in booking.com and in other adverts that we have seen but they said that you only get free wifi if we had booked through their website. Very poor! Didn't honour it either.

The location

Air Cond was not working and was leaking bad. Informed staff upon checking into the room, reminded staff to send technician to fix on the second night, and third night. Technician finally came and did some checKing. Condition was not better, still warm room. Staff gave contradicting information and did not follow up. Requested for pillow at 8pm. Called reception at 10pm to follow up with extra pillow requested. Pillow never sent until the next morning. When checked with the receptionist, we were required to pay 50baht. When me made the first request, we were told that it's free We purchased a 3-day internet pass. Our login page showed 'expired' on the 2nd day

1) The poor room arrangement for check in. We have been re-arranged to I-Residence Sathorn at the first night. 2) The breakfast food offer not really nice. 3) The amenities were not properly provided except we have to request for its.

The position is good and convenient. Breakfast was quite good.

I had a junior suite, it was dark no view, not all that clean, as I am retuning in July for a 6night stay I requested a room change the executive suite looks to be brighter and is in newer wing. I live in hope.

There was some misunderstanding with the staff, they can not or pretend that they can't speak English. At the end, charged us huge amount for phone service because of this misunderstanding. Everything else was good, just be careful:)

Rates are good value for money. The location is great since its a walk away from Chong Nonsi station. Good hotel for tourists. There are cheap food stalls around.

The receptionists were not so receptive of speaking in english. They were also not very friendly.

The position of the hotel was good in a decent area of Bangkok. The hotel itself was good and the stuff was quite helpful. Good selection of English channels.

The room wasn't serviced the first day and we had to ask reception to clean our room. The pillows were really hard, but we have asked to change them and that was done immediately. The aircon was way too loud and made hard to sleep at night. The blinds were inefficient and as soon as the sun came out we were awake. The walls between the rooms aren't thick enough. We could clearly hear the next door neighbour chatting loudly on the phone and had to complain twice before we could go to sleep! The food at the day restaurant was pretty bad and tasteless! There wasn't a full size mirror. The wifi isn't free which is ridiculous nowadays!

Breakfast on the roof and the pool at night are definetly a plus!!!!!!!!!!!!

A lovely boutique hotel centrally located in Silom. Close to the bts, shopping and great eating. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooftop infinity pool is outstanding. A morning swim is a great way to start the day. Unfortunately the hotel hasn't yet taken full advantage of an evening bar option. Great location, great staff and very reasonably priced.

The only criticism is the very small gym.

Central location clean good sized rooms we stayed there because it is next to a bst station. This place is ok for a night or two. But there's no atmosphere.

The hotel and rooms were a bit bland but then I'm not a fan of white boxes. The restaurant was closed when we stayed and we didn't find anywhere serving good food close by.

The room was nice and quite large. Good style and design. No mess from outside.

Air conditioning should be more silent and not to be positioned just on the bed, as it was a bit cold and noisy during the night...but you can't sleep without it in Bangkok!

Definitely the location. It is right in front of the BTS (Skytrain). Can walk to Silom too.

It is quite pricey for a residence.

The hotel was in a great location for me, within walking distance to where I needed to be. It also had parking located in the basement which was handy. The room was very clean and modern. I didn't use the pool but it looked nice and nice views of the city!

The check in process was awkward and annoying! View from room over looked the Chong nonsi BTS platform, felt like people could see into room!

Very good location by the bts. The staff were helpful from check in to leaving bags, locating the dining area and gym. Was upgraded to a nice spacious room which helped me to rest and relax. Breakfast was substantial as well.

The gym was in a very small room not conducive for a workout and one equipment was not working anymore. Went to the outdoor gym in Lumpini park for a thb 20/day fee, had enough free weights and other locally welded machines that worked for me.
