I Residence Hotel

Valkoinen väri oli tyylikäs. Uima-allas katolla oli cool, sinne oli mukava pulahtaa rankan kaupunkipäivän jälkeen. Sijainti aivan Sky train aseman vieressä on loistava.

Hotellissa ei ollut tarjota twin bed -mahdollisuutta eli huonetta jossa olisi ollut erilliset vuoteet. Asia kuitenkin järjestyi varavuoteella varsin kivuttomasti.

We got a very very good deal, 25 euro per night so nothing to complain!! Staff,location ,room size all perfect!!! Would stay there again for a good deal we did try to stay longer but the rate was 60 euro per night so we went to a nicer hotel for the same 60 euro

The only thing is the roomdoor makes a lot of noise when they close the people next to us had 2 rooms so they were going in and out and slamming the door at 1am!!! Every night. Maybe they should change the way the doors close

Very well located with train station, fast food & 7-11 around. My room was clean & neat. Absolutely satisfied during my stay.

The only problem with my room was the water pressure is too weak. I ended up having cold shower day & night. Hope they could improve.

I like their modern design miimalist near the bts station accessible to other stations.

nothing much in the area. patpong is about 1 station of the bts.

As what other reviewers have said, it is still very noisy due to the building works next door. The noise never stops till 11 pm plus and once it even went till 12 midnight. Same as the hot/cold water control, still cannot control and I think the management should seriously think about this as we wasted a lot of water trying to control the hot/cold shower.

1.Small but everything had its place. 2) Good hard bed 3) next to Chong Nonsi BTS station 4). Clean and cosy 5) Good breakfast from rooftop of hotel-great view!

1. No view outside of room window 2) Difficult to control hot/cold water cos they used the small instant water heater 3) nearest food stalls quite a distance away but there is a McD next door.

The location was great, near Silom street. The room was clean and large. The design of the hotel is very modern. Breakfast is exceptional.

I go to bkk every year and I have stayed in many different hotels - I Residence is definitely the best deal I have found : my room was large enough, good design, perfectly furnished, very comfortable, nice size well equiped bathroom - good and varied breakfast on the 10th floor terrace overlooking bkk - large swimming pool on the roof exposed to the sun most of the day - free Internet room from 6am to 11pm - the location is extremely convenient, 2 minutes walking from Chong Nosi station - the staff is young and friendly, most of the time very efficient to answer questions

The entrance of the hotel is not very glamourous but who cares ? as of october 2009 there is some construction going on next door (a new condominium) so one can expect some heavy banging (but the frontdesk will gladly move you to the other side of the I-Residence - Contrary to previous reviews the minibar is no longer free - one last remark : the carpetting in the room could have been cleaner But great value for the money !

Hotel staff are very helpful, and can speak some English. Location near to the BTS station & 7-Eleven store is indeed very convenient.

I stayed in the Grand Deluxe room and it is so frustrating that not only is the shower low in water pressure but also cold. Find it difficult to wash our hair.

Ideal location, friendly staff and really above average accommodation for the price. Lovely rooftop pool as well.

Bit noisy but it is in the center of things. OK at night.

room is very new and comfortable. But the level of bathroom floor is not slope to the drain. So water on the floor will be always wet.
