Score from 1268 reviews Good
The staff was excellent in checking us in and storing our luggage. The room was large and the king size bed comfortable. The rooftop pool was awesome.
The shower was a little dirty, but the room was clean. The walls were thin and sound carried through.
quite nice decorated room very close to the BTS station nice corporate area
fitness center was a joke rooms are not soundproof anything can be heard from one room to another, impossible to sleep noise from outside !
Tempat parkirnya kecil kurang nyaman
The hotel's location is 5 stars being almost next to the skytrain station. A short walk will take you to the heart of Silom. The room is well kept, tidy and clean. Wifi is reasonably good. TV have a variety of channels. Check in and out were quick. Staff and bellboys were helpful and friendly.
The room is not very big and requires refurbishment in time.
Bathrooms can be a bit more clean
The staff were friendly, so no issue there for us. The room size was decent. Across the road from the BTS (though this was also a problem)
We stayed in an executive deluxe room. It was painted a very dark colour so it felt quite gloomy. The lighting in the room was not very bright either. The bathroom layout was a joke. The mirror was not positioned in front of the sink but rather on a wall inside where the sink was placed which made it very uncomfortable to use the mirror (definitely not good for a lady wanting to put on make up as you have to poke you head above the sink and turn your head to the left to see the mirror - instead of a mirror in front of the sink they have a window looking into the bedroom, which is just weird). The shower (which is part of the bath) gets water on the floor, as it only has a shower curtain and it is not effective. The shower head is way too low and is not adjustable so I had to bend down to wash my head (I am just under 6ft tall so not a giant or anything). Like others have stayed in reviews, the water temperate and pressure does sometimes change which was annoying. There was only one small town rack and that was big enough for a hand towel - so where do you put you showing towels?? The wifi connection was often very slow and you have to log in every time you get back to your room, which is a pain. The worst thing though was the fact that they describe the executive deluxe room as having city views. They put us on the 4th floor and our view was literally of the BTS platform! The whole front of the room is a window but given that it opened to the BTS platform we couldn't even open the curtains because everyone on the platform would be looking straight in at you! The windows are not reflective glazed so say goodbye to any privacy. Same goes for the bathroom window which overlooked the BTS stairwell so all curtains had to be closed if you wanted any privacy in your room at all. Big let down and we found that calling this a city view to be a big misrepresentation.
Location and clean sheets
Not very fantastic staff, some days no tissue box, room not swept, not consistence pls have a check list so the staff can ensure they have done all the needful.
Swimming pool & room
Do not disturb sign switched off after leaving room with key card
Good breakfast. A lots of choices.
The smell up from the pipe at room 607
Hotel located within walking distance to the BTS and easy accessible and restaurants. The receptionists are very friendly and efficient.
Room a bit small and facilities need to be refurbished and or upgraded. Carpet flooring looks dirty.
Staffs having a terrible service attitude, room is not functioning.
Location, BTS just a step away.
Staffs having a poor attitude, service is terrible. We have been asked to check out on the 2nd night but we stay 3 nights, Housekeeping has not come to clean our room even we have called for it, aor con has got leaking 3 nights in a roll, room functioning is totally malfunction.
The location is superb, right on the BTS Chong Nonsi station, just 3 stops from Siam. Outside the hotel there are plenty of local restaurants, 7/11 convenience store, Mc Donalds and even a Boots store & Pharmacy.
Hotel is very closed to the sky train. Easy to excess to any location in Bangkok. Variety of restaurants are spread around the hotel. Banks are also in a few minutes walk distance.
Name on the Folio/Receipt was not correct even this information had already been given to the staff since date of checking in. Might be due to the poor communication between the hotel staffs. There is fungi staining on the shower room walls.
- The noise - The bathroom was very dirty, - the room was tiny - the wifi was worse than poor - the staff was unefficient - don't use the laundry. They lost mine and forced me to pay an express service Avoid this adress
Location near BRT station making it convenient to move around. Will not stay at this hotel if not for the location & its reasonable charges. But do not take this advantage for granted.
Pool need cleaning,we stayed 3 nights & did not see cleaning. There was some food waste on the steps that was there for 3 days.
It s my second time on this Hotel. What i like the most is the localization because its in front of the Skytrain (BTS) and in Bangkok we need to be in the center and near a skytrain to move fast and quick. The rooms are comfortable but need some maintainance.
Poor breakfast. I ve been last year and it was a litlle better, the choices available are too little. Maybe ok for those who like to eat Thai food in the morning, but for those who don t (like me) it s always the same, not much, not good. The products in the room where not replaced when used, no more shampoo and shower gel and everything else, so that s a negative point.
good room service. I requested to change the other room due to the air conditioner noisy. They change at once while other room was available.
Good value 4 the money
I booked for standard room, which was pretty small, but for 700 extra Thai Baht, got a nice upgrade to a business class room, very big. Staff does not understand english.
Location was central. The infinity pool is amazing.
Staff/management was at best indifferent. Booked an "executive suite" which web sites state comes with a city view, ours didn't. Their reason, we didn't request one. A bathroom with grout that really needed a good cleaning. No towels for the pool area. Room service that does not answer the phone. Paying double for clothes cleaning because they would not honor our request for late check out (made at the reservation time). The hardest beds I have ever encountered. The hotel is done in a very modern style, but it is so minimal that the interior is boring, and looking run down.
close to BTS staff very kind and friendly room nice
must connetc to wifi every time you use it
The fact that I was upgraded to an executive suite. The hotel was also conveniently located near the BTS train station so moving around was easy. There were street hawkers outside the hotel in the morning and night so no shortage of food.
big room comfy bed quiet location nice rooftop pool
wifi was slow and hard to login asked for a iron, waited almost 2 hours for it but it didn't came. room service was slow, had to wait till almost 4pm to check in.
