Very nice hotel! We stayed here for 4 nights and I enjoyed it very much! The room was very comfortable, spacious, modern and clean. The breakfast was great as well! The location is perfect, even though it isn't right in the city center. But it only takes about 20 minutes to get to the city center, because the express boat and skystrain stations are both really close! And after a long, exhausting walk through busy Bangkok it is great to stay in a quiet hotel, away from all the noise. The beautiful pool is a great place to relax after a busy day as well! I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Unfortunately the hotel staff wasn't very friendly.

location was wonderful and only a short walk to the river ferry. Free transfers to sky train. Lovely large swimming pool and plenty lounging seats.Very pleasant ambiance overall.Outdoor part of the dining room has great river view.

the buffet breakfast was quite poor with cold fried food and overpriced

We liked the pool and the breakfast ,the room comfort and the tranquility of the hotel.

The pool temperature could be a little hotter and a compliment breakfast is always nice.

Big Family room, good Location, Clean, not far from the main road, (Charoennakhon Road), easy to buy food out side, have 7-11 supermarket on the main road, you can take Tuk Tuk from Hotel to BTS Charoenkrung Station for 30-40 Baht. This Hotel stay same Riverside Hillton , Oriental and Peninsula Hotel, You can take Taxi fom Phayathai Airport link for 120-150 Baht, Big Swimming pool that you can swim and small pool for baby or kid.

Small Bathroom but for me is OK. No have bacony!!!

Familyrooms with playstation and an extra bunkbed are wonderfull, only the upper bunkbed is 1.60m long, so really just for small children. Showers are good, a real find in Thailand. Pool is also nice and in the shade. Location on the river is superb.

Shame that we could not use the shuttle-boat to bts Taksin, this was only for the neighbouring hotels. The poolhours were not respected, still shouting children at 23.00h, nobody said anything about it. Mowed grass was lying/flying around the pool and wasn't cleaned until the next day. There were hairs in the bathroom the first day, the room was swept but not really cleaned every day.Towels were not there for the pool at two occasions, but after asking were swiftly brought.

The atmossphere was good and it was what we expected.

I love the pools and riverside garden. Pets also allowed. Nice cleanliness and facilities in room. Scheduled transfer service to BTS. Food shops and convenient stores around. New and clean hotel. Good speed of free wireless at lobby.

Housekeepers sang a song, guest gossip and talk loudly when they do cleaning. The wall is too think I think, I can hear TV sound, talking and switch on-off sound from next room.
