We visited Ibis twice and I was pleased to have all common options what I need and a convinient prise. We haven't any problems with our room or staff. (cleanning room, towels, umbrella, glasses for flower, a knife for fruits and any other thing we need) Nice location for shopping and having entertainment in Baglow road. I can't say that our breakfast was well, but it was like a vegetain and change to worse from last visit. Poor amount of kinds of meat, fruit, juice, etc. Middle size swimming pool. Anyway, I recommend Ibis to stay-in.

Location is near the beach, restaurants, bar and local market, very convenient. The swimming pool is nice. The room is fine, comfortable and suitable for young tourists. When I was looking for a bench at the swimming pool, I had to pass the 5 first benches because there were ants on them though the benches looked quite clean after the rain. After swimming, on the way from the pool to the lobby, I saw a big centipede (20cm length) crawling along the walk way. It wasn't so interesting the idea that someone got stung by it.

The staff and cleanliness. The pool area is also nice to be at. I have recommended and friends have stayed already..... Bess was wonderful as well as a gentleman whose name ends in leaf. He was great too. The hours of the pool. Much too early I think.

The room is comfy and cosy. The hotel should provide simple gestures like checking for departing flights information instead of asking guests to pay for internet services on their own.

距离PATONG BEACH超级近。走路2分钟就到了。距离海鲜街要10分钟左右。房间设施跟"7天酒店"差不多~！简洁舒- 适~！ 只有大堂有免费WIFI。

Det var rent på rommene Staff kunne ikke godt nok engelsk vansklig for å komunisere. Ikke alle var service innstillt. ikke romservice, ddårlig valg av frokost det samme hver dag og ikke hyggelig betjening på morgene.

感觉管理较规范，类似国内的连锁商务酒店、 房间较干净，去海滩还算比较近 头两天住在靠街的房间，比较吵，后来换成了靠泳池的房间，但有个大树当着也没什么景观 大厅有免费的网络，房间的wifi要付费，而且不便宜 房间非常小，隔音效果也不是太好 第一次去可以考虑住在这里，毕竟价钱不高，而且是连锁，不会太差，如果比较了解当地的情况建议还是淘淘其他- 的酒店

Good location clean at times some staff where helpful. The rooms are well over priced. They are small with a very hard bed more like a rock the belconey was small too u could only get one person at a time on the balcony. The shower was a wet room!! And had a seat for people who have a disability which was no use to use!! Whist having a shower the shower would become very very hot too hot to stand in. Also the floor would be very slippy too. The food was horrible and over priced for what it was.

Price is good for the new year eve, considering the other expensive hotels in Patong beach. Noisy. We couldn't sleep for the whole night, so noisy! And finally the party was over in the morning. After very short time quiet sleep, the hotel staff begain to chat very loudly outside our windows, they woke us up again.
