Clean bedding, Friendly cleaning and reClean bedding, good daily cleaning services Very friendly and efficient staff Love the garden and eating deck. Lovely big clean swimming pool Excellent value for money Nice basic but good value, local eating places across the road from Eco gate I stayed in a second floor double room with private bathroom. The walls are very thin and if your neighbours come in at 2H00 in the morning you hear about every word and giggles.. Not too bad if you put the air conditioner back on. I read the breakfast is not great. It is not bad for the value this little resort offers, and it would not stop me from going back. Some ceiling fans in the restaurant can make a big difference

Loved chilling at the pool, breakfast not too bad but same everyday, clean, not too far from town but great to get away from the bustle for a bit Only 1 plug point in a room with 4 beds, lots of mosquito's in roon - asked them to spray but never did, staff are ridiculously + unneccesarily unfriendly

- Big and freshing swimming pool. - Cheap prices - Nature and garden - Beautiful "Home", especially on night time with lights and torches asw. - Tasty breakfast - Location in a peaceful place (You'd prefer rent motorcycle) - Rude staff (but not security staff) - Bad gym. - On breakfast You had to wait many times and quite long some dishes.

If the property isn't busy, they do their best to let their guests have their own rooms. Of the three nights stayed (I booked one night through booked.com, but decided to stay two extra nights), I had a night to myself. The place was clean and quiet with an Olympic size pool which many guests used, including myself. This place is quite amazing as a last minute backup in case the place you had in mind is fully booked. In the main area, amazing hotels at a reasonable rate were all booked for weeks. Ones with any vacancies were disgusting. If you are planning as you go, check out this place as an option. The location is far. In Chiang Mai, you can only rely on Tuk Tuks, red trucks, and non-metered taxies. Let me tell you that they will scam you. I suggest renting a motor cycle or a bike to explore the city.

I had two stays here, overall about 1 month. The environment was very green and well designed, it didn't feel i was in a city. The staff were very nice and accommodating and friendly when it came to things like needing a fan as the AC made me sick and also changing a table in my room as i didn't get the type of room i had specifically requested when booking. I initially booked a dorm room no share for extra 150 baht...to stay and detox for a month, the facilities looked just what i needed. I booked a dorm on my second visit too. I was really disappointed with the fact that it is called ECO when apart from the green freshness of the place i didn't notice anything ECO ! The gorgeous huge swimming pool (which is what i really went for) was quite heavily chlorinated, the fumes of which could be smelt a good few metres away up on the balcony, Highly toxic, and unnecessary when there are so many healthier options these days. The laundry was great - tho the washing powder they sold was the regular non environmentally friendly stuff - and there was a tumble dryer... there were a couple of clothes drying racks on the roof but not really enough. There was no evidence of recycling options. Hugely disappointed with the restaurant - though the set up was lovely, the food wasn't. Breakfast included and pretty much the same thing every morning and often cold or none left (like fruit).. though there was a wide choice, it didn't really cater for the healthier options (apart from fruit and salad) - e.g.. white bread, everything fried! The regular daytime and evening menu option was ok, but the prices very high and the portions very small, needless to say i didn't use it more than the once, neither did anyone else from what i could see. Also there were no options for room rate without breakfast ! ON my first stay, after a day i upgraded to a superior room as the dorm rooms had paper thin walls and lots of noisy young people running around, so difficult to relax, basically didn't get any sleep the first night. The superior room looked lovely - but same deal with the paper thin walls and inconsiderate guests being loud at all times... in the end i abandoned the detox and left for Pai and somewhere quiet. I was charged a full day cancellation fee at the superior room price as i was checking out early - even tho my original booking was for a dorm rate and i had been there nearly 3 weeks ! On my second stay, when leaving i needed to check out 4 hours later as i had a later flight.

It was clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast is very complete. There was only ONE power point in our room. So it was a bit difficult to charge our mobiles, cameras, etc during the night.

the good thing is that you have a good breakfast but is the same every day and that money is not bad to take it at the last minute. staff was nice just the cafeteria were nothing other sympathetic seemed they were doing military service always serious At 9:00 am I woke up to the rooms and just make the beds with the same sheets and stopped vacuuming. There are only a closet safe with insurance to put your lock. The pool was dirty you can see on the edge two fingers black with dirt. The table tennis and there is no football to be played with stones. The wifi works with a password you give them but shuts off and you have to go to the other repeatedly.

The rooms were clean and the setup of the hotel was very nice. Overall, it was decent. The shared bathrooms were dirty, had tons of bugs, and we're always out of toilet paper. The staff was not very knowledgeable or friendly, and the location was terrible and far from everything. Also, the food was mediocre.

It's a very relaxing place to stay, with a large pool, friendly service and good facilities. The resort is a little bit outside of town but they rent out bycicles and scooters. The distance from town in itself didnt bother me, but there were no bycicles at the time i asked so i had to walk in the heat. I don't mind, but others might. Onthe other hand, you can take a tuktuk from the resort if you can't stan a 2km walk in thai moist heat.

J étais venue me former au massage thaï .
