Flora and fauna and the pool area. The food at the restaurant was not good, especially after eating the same breakfast 5 days in a row... I dont know whether the platic seats at the poolarea or the plastic bags that were used in the bins were the ecofriendly parts of this hotel. But there is nothing ecofriendly about this hotel. I would stay here if the rooms would be for 10 euro's a night...

The thing I liked best at the Eco was what you got for your money. Namely, a very clean and quiet place to stay. I highly recommend this resort.

The surrounding greenery/ park was wonderful and totally met my expectations. As well, the pool was great and never too crowded. The rooms are not very soundproof (smaller building near the pool); maybe the others are better.

Room was spacious and clean. The customer service of staff was poor - although 3 reception staff, once I was eventually acknowledged, the lady then answered a call and I was left standing for 5 minutes before another member of staff attended to me. There was no greeting / welcome or explanation of facilities. This could be a much better hotel if staff given training. Lots of mosquitoes. Breakfast dishes cold and not stocked quickly enough when run out.

Nice breakfast and huge pool free for guests. Local shop 2 mins walk away but city centre probably 30 min walk, or cheap taxi. Rooms comfy and good value. Exercise machines free to use, big resort but well presented. Quite far from town centre, probable 30 min walk.

Lovely peaceful hotel set in lush tropical gardens with large well kept swimming pool. Staff are very friendly and rooms are great value, thought I was booking a dorm bed but we actually got a twin room, spotlessly clean with towels, shared spacious bathrooms, and free wifi and breakfast. Internet is very slow, especially when using the hotel's desk top computers, hotel is a bit far from town. Washing clothes is a bit of an ordeal as you need a mountain of coins and washing soap which we had to buy from down the street.

We couldn't believe the price we paid for a twin room (including breakfast and free wi fi) was so cheap. This place is more like a resort at backpackers price. The pool is huge and amazing! All of the facilities are well-kept and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful (we could easily book all of our day trips), and the place just has a nice vibe to it. The pillows were uncomfortable and the breakfast was below average.

we really enjoyed our stay here. swimming pool is lovely and a welcome relief to the heat. Breakfast is included but it's a thai breakfast.. food was not the best but not to bad. It's in a good location close to the city centre. safe parking for your scooter if you renting one.

Friendly service. Breakfast wasn't timely refilled on the busy weekends and contrary to what is stated on the site there was no bicycle hire available, which is a bit irritating with the distance to the old center being about 1.6 km
