The loby and the room size and the door man he was so helpfull The rooms was not clean the bathtub and the curtin was very derty also the saff dont know how to speak english well |

I felt uncomfortable in my room (No. 1522) mainlybecause of very dump smell. Also the room is too dark for my liking. Although the room was kept tidy the hotel is quite old and needs renovation. With similar price set-up, I stayed at a much nicer hotels in Bangkok recently. Good variety at breakfast buffet. |

Fair price for central location in the sukumvit area It's a mega structure with over 1200 rooms and sometimes felt a little factory like. The pool on the second floor needed a good cleaning. |
