Unlike any other hotel in the area which is separated from the sandy beach by a strip of road and then a row of shops, this hotel is bang on the beach which is a huge edge over the others. The front-desk people should be more pleasant and friendly. They appeared impersonal and cold. Maybe the 'always ready with a smile' people of Thailand spoils you to expect everyone to do likewise. |

Just being in Phuket. Pizzas. Prices of food very good for a hotel. No staff around the pool, had to go looking for someone when wishing to order food and beverage. Asked for capuccino at breakfast - paid for one the first morning and then told the machine was supposedly broken. I found this annoying. Beach towels not big enough to cover pool chairs and we were only supplied with one each per day. |

Landscape is very beautiful Too much noise. They tryied to charge me for late check-out. I had to fight and proove that at booking.com it was written check-out untill 18:00. They kept my credit card! Now they say that will sent it by mail to Brazil. They told me to find a taxi at the street because if they called by phone, it would be very expensive. |

Ligging midden in het bruisende winkelgebied van Patong beach, terwijl niets op het terrein daaraan herinnert: paradijselijk, groen, geen lawaai, mooi uitzicht op het strand. Twee werelden in een dus. Het resort trok kennelijk een bepaald type hotelgasten aan die niet iedereen prettig zal vinden: wat luidruchtig, veelal Amerikaans en behoorlijk aanwezig. Verder hadden wij een perfecte kamer met uitzicht op het zwembad. Het merendeel van de kamers kijkt echter uit op blinde muren en staat krap op elkaar. |

ロケーションがとても良かったです。ビーチサイドで部屋から水着でビーチへ直ぐに行けます。ショッピングに- もパブやディスコに行くのにも大変便利でした。ビーチやプールでのんびりもいいですがちょっと離れた場所の- 観光やナイトショーなどの情報はツアーデスクがとても親切に対応してくれました。 部屋のトイレドアが開放的（ウエスタン調の開閉ドア）で承知はしていましたがやはり気になりました。 |

Na 1,5 week reizen door Thailand en Cambodja wilden we onze reis afsluiten met een relaxed weekje aan het strand met wat luxe. Nou, dat is gelukt. Hotel Impiana ligt (volgens mij) als enige hotel in Patong beach heerlijk aan het strand. Ook de cabana's hebben bij het boeken onze aandacht getrokken; wij zijn niet zo van de hoogbouw hotels. Het hele plaatje klopte gewoon. Goed ontvangst, vriendelijk personeel, schoon en ook heel belangrijk: de organisatie zit erg goed in elkaar, dus mocht je een keer richting Patong Beach willen, dan is dit echt een aanrader. Het complex schijnt na de Tsunami te zijn gebouwd, dus nu zo'n vijf jaar oud. Ondanks dat het complex prima voldoet, zijn er wel wat aandachtspuntjes in de cabana's die je niet zou verwachten bij een gebouw van nog maar vijf jaar oud. |

Unico en Phuket que da directamente a la playa. Servicio excelente. El poblado tiene mucha vida. La playa es sensacional. Solo que recomiendo ir en Noviembre-Enero porque en el verano del hemisferio norte llueve casi diariamente y todo el dia. Si viaja desde lejos, esto podria ser una gran decepcion y dinero malgastado. No. porque hasta de 2 paraguas esta dotada la habitacion. |

L'hôtel est bien situé sur Patong. Proche du centre. Hôtel est pas trop grand et donnant sur la plage. La différence du prix entre le moment de notre réservation et le prix réel que l'hôtel facturait au client à notre départ. |

Cet hotel est le seul qui donne directement sur la plage. Le personnel de l'hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur du service auquel on s'attend dans un hôtel de cette envergure, surtout vu le prix. Des exemples: le bar ferme à 20h en théorie, je suis arrivé à 19h45 et les employés étaient déjà partis. Toutes les chaînes de télévision ne fonctionnaient pas (actives par intermittence, ou bien le son était désynchronisé). La douche ne fonctionnait pas bien. |
