Das Hotel liegt an einem ruhigen nund sauberen Strand und ist auf dieser Seite der Insel sicher eines der schoensten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer mit Meerblick zahlt sich wirklich aus

Das Hotel ist nur zu empfehlen!! Abwicklung, Service, Mitarbeiter und die Zimmer sind Spitze. Es gab nichts , aber auch gar nichts zu beanstanden. Und wir waren schon in einigen Hotels in Samui. Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht direkt in Chaweng, was aber eher gut ist. Der Strand ist wunderschön und sauber. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Friendly staff, reasonably priced food and drinks with all-day happy hour on drinks, ample sun loungers on the beach, long breakfast hours in the morning and excellent free shuttle up the road to Chaweng Beach centre (5 minutes ride) and great free Wi-Fi in the rooms (bring laptop).

The pool was a little on the small side but most guests preferred the warm sea.

the staff were not helpfull, they were chatting each other and didtn't care the customers. they were not well prepared and give different information. ie: I asked if we could have a transfer to the airport and the receptionist told me yes it's free, when I had to go to the airport they told me I had to pay.

This hotel has a beach massage centre either official or not that is great my wife did not like the hotel spa as it was to near the beach bar and it's music

Too many mosquitoes and insects prevalent all over - hotel should include a housekeeping service during evening for this.

My son was married in Koh Samui and I thought it was great to be able to spend quality time with everyone who went to the wedding because my son lives in London and I hadn't seen him for 2 1/2 years.

The beds could have been a little softer.

This was my second time I stayed at Impiana. I love everything about it! Beautiful hotel, nice and clean rooms, nice pool area, excellent Spa, amazing view!! The hotel is right on the beach =) The ocean is so nice, the water is crystal clear! You have your own beach chair aswell! A nice beach bar wich playes soft music!

The hotel is about 10 min by car from the Chaweng city with all the shopping and bars and restaurant, and the taxis are too expensive here. 200 Baht! In Bkk or Hua hin for example we only pay 100 Baht..
