It's a great place to relax and enjoy the beach and the seaview. The bathroom is too small. They should improve the beach services: there were many waiters but usually I had to go to the bar to order something.

- Nice facilities. - Friendly restaurant and grounds staff. - Reception/front desk staff could have been friendlier/warmer. - A little overpriced in some regards. - No complimentary airport shuttle.

Nice and comfortable hotel, namey the rooms with a sea view. We booked a standard room which was a bit noisy as it'w closed to the road (those ones are to be avoided if you want a quiet room). However, after having discussed with the Hotel Manager, she accepted to give us another room without extra cost and we have been verey grateful for that. The breakfast buffet is very good and diverse ( there's a very efficient French chief). There are free shuttles to the central part of Chaweng Beach (it takes 7/8 minutes)

It is a smaller hotel so very private and quiet. The location is perfect, away from the main part of town but not too far that it is inconvenient. The beach is amazing and just perfect to sit and relax and swim. Love the bar on the beach, fantastic staff and service. Bed was very hard.

It is a comfort, clean and beautiful resort. Although it is far from Chaweng town, approx. 15 minutes drive, the resort does provide free and convenient shuttle bus service to/fro Chaweng town. Resort beach is nice and clean. Hospitality lounge at the resort is also a good place where we can rest ourselves and do some newspaper reading while having complimentary snacks and refreshments. Resort staff are generally friendly and helpful. Overall, it is a value for money deal.

We booked a standard room. As soon as we got to the hotel we were greeted with a cool hibiscus juice after a long boat ride. They then told us that since we r on our anniversary, they had prepared an upgraded room for us with fresh flowers and towels shaped as swans on our bed, they also sent us very delicious cake that we shared with our oz neighbors.that just made our day and it was very nice of them. We then got to the restaurant to have our lunch and the food was amazing! The seafood tempura and beef fried rice was one of the best. The beach bar is very nice and the prices are very cheap compared to any other hotels. Thank you so much impiana! It was the best trip ever! The second day we ate they kinda got the orders wrong but its was still good cos they took it off our bills, thank you again!

Location to the beach, local food, massages and being away from the flight path makes this Hotels location fantastic. The beach is very family friendly. The septic smells. We have been here three times and the problem still exists

very nice resort: room, beach and food were really good! After 5 days in the wild and relax of Koh Tao and Koh Phangan it was nice to go back to some more active enviroment (music on the beach, nice event in the evening... etc...). Staff was not very kind. We booked a superior room with seaview. Once we arrived there they assigned us a tiny (but nice) room with a big wall in front of it. My boyfriend has to go to reception to ask for explanation and then, after showing them our reservation for three times, they moved us to a bigger room seaview. We payed the room the first day and they included room rate when we left the hotel in the food and beverage bill (another mistake from reception...). If we exclude those aspects the resort was very nice, I hope that you will be more lucky than us!

Very good beach in front of the Resort, very nice spa, very friendly staff and good Thai dinner. Chaweng center is about 5/10 minutes far by scooter: the hotel has a free bus services to the center. We asked for twin beds! We had a double bed!

The breakfast was very nice and the free massage and evening meal on the first night was good. There was also a free shuttle to Chaweng Beach town several times per day which was useful as the taxi's charged 200 Baht one way. The staff were not very good at speaking English, especially in the restaurant. Could not understand basic questions about the drinks. There were many Germans staying at the hotel and they would get up very early to reserve all the best sun beds (by placing a beach towel on the beds and going back to their room). I witnessed this several times as I had to get up early myself for a couple of excursions and could see them during early breakfast at 7am sneaking out.

Location, environment We have been waiting for our Arrival transfer for almost 1 hour. We have to called them and to re- confirmed. Upon arrival at the Resort, no welcome drinks has been served to us whereby we can see that they are serving other guest.

The stay was extremely comfortable and the layout of the place is excellent. Definitely value for money and strongly recommended for those who want to be at a comfortable distance from the city centre. And yes the free shuttle service to the city centre was really considerate and helpful. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The luxury rooms are ok. They're far from excellent, they're not good, but they're ok. It markets itself as a 4* hotel, which is almost a scam. The regular rooms are so bad that it's sickening, thus you must upgrade in order to get at least a little bit 4*-like quality. Beware! Services prices (E.G. massage) are 5-10 times overpriced. And - the hotel is not on Chaweng beach, it's on a highway, kilometers away.

The free set meal was very nice and the free Thai massage. There was a really bad smell in our room so we asked to move room, second room less smelly. Feel room was over priced for what we paid, the delux rooms looked alot nicer so I would think if staying at this hotel it would be worth getting a delux room.

“Absolute luxury. Beautifully finished rooms are as good as the pictures (you dont always find this in Thailand). The location is fantastic, just a few minutes North from the busy part of Chaweng Beach. The staff were lovely, spoke perfect English and nothing was too much to ask. Beach is nice, plenty of loungers and a nice main pool. Not cheap, but you do get what you pay for.” Mike, Southsea |
