Bel emplacement, chambres propres, Petite piscine, Service aux bars très lent, personnel pas a l'image de l accueil thailandais. Attention, chambre vue mer ne veut pas dire Vue mer... Mais parfois vue piscine... |

restaurant trop cher,l'hotel profite de sa situation loin du centre donc peu de restaurant concurrent.le prix de la navette vers l'aeroport 1000 bat,c'est scandaleux ,l'aeroport est à 10 à 15 minute de l'hotel. |

Bravo pour l acceuil et toute l attention du personnel emplacement ideal pour un sejour balneaire au calme et pas tres loin de chaweng beach 15mn entaxis si l envie vous prend d aller faire du shopping ou de voir du monde........... Les petits restos des alentours sont tres sympats et bons tres bon rapport qualite prix Service de plage tres laxiste et insuffisant dimention des chambres un peu reduite |

Chambre avec vue sur la mer spacieuse et tjours propre , serviettes de toilette ainsi que celles de plage changées tous les jours , personnel tres competent d'une gentillesse exemplaire .Petit dejeuner tres copieux et varié .Bar avec des heures pour le happy hour .Des reductions sont offertes à votre arrivée pour le spa le restaurant et une consommation gratuite Que dire de plus . Le service pour le nettoyage du linge est un peu onéreux mais vous avez une laverie en face de l'hotel qui vous lave votre linge sans repassage pour 30 baths le kilo (100 baths = 2 euros ) |

Friendly staff, reasonably priced food and drinks with all-day happy hour on drinks, ample sun loungers on the beach, long breakfast hours in the morning and excellent free shuttle up the road to Chaweng Beach centre (5 minutes ride) and great free Wi-Fi in the rooms (bring laptop). The pool was a little on the small side but most guests preferred the warm sea. |

Beach is beautiful, location is out of the noisy Chaweng city, great sea Shuttles to Chaweng should go more than 3 times a day. More services on the beach are very welcome. |

proximity to the beach the staff were not helpfull, they were chatting each other and didtn't care the customers. they were not well prepared and give different information. ie: I asked if we could have a transfer to the airport and the receptionist told me yes it's free, when I had to go to the airport they told me I had to pay. |

Friendly staff,helpful at all times,the proximity to the beach and the stylish property make a fantastic experience.All room amenities very thoughtfully placed.Great mojitos...miss them. Too many mosquitoes and insects prevalent all over - hotel should include a housekeeping service during evening for this. |

We loved Impiana's quiet beach location. It was fantastic to stay at a property that was on the beach and nice to be away from noisy main area. It was easily accessible if we wanted the action but there was enough out the front of our hotel to entertain us for our stay. |

The beach and the relaxing atmoshpere. The discount on the spa for guests and the Happy hours everywhere... Great service from the staff. The room we got was facing the road (wasn't noisy due to good sound isolation of the room), it wasn't so bad because we spent most of the time on the beach. |

My son was married in Koh Samui and I thought it was great to be able to spend quality time with everyone who went to the wedding because my son lives in London and I hadn't seen him for 2 1/2 years. The beds could have been a little softer. |

The hotel is located on the beach, the view - free sunbeds available for hotel guests. The breakfast was great and it was served in the open-air restaurant on the beach. Some seaview rooms are located close to the main road - you should avoid them as they are noisy. In my opinion it is better to take the room without the seaview but which is quieter. The hotel is located far from Chaweng town - although this was advantage for us as there are no crowds on the beach and you can always take a songthaew to the town for 100 BHT for two. |

This was my second time I stayed at Impiana. I love everything about it! Beautiful hotel, nice and clean rooms, nice pool area, excellent Spa, amazing view!! The hotel is right on the beach =) The ocean is so nice, the water is crystal clear! You have your own beach chair aswell! A nice beach bar wich playes soft music! The hotel is about 10 min by car from the Chaweng city with all the shopping and bars and restaurant, and the taxis are too expensive here. 200 Baht! In Bkk or Hua hin for example we only pay 100 Baht.. |
