Impiana Resort & Spa Samui  

We really loved impiana. It was nice and clean. Beautiful beach. Excellent food and service. But we booked the superior ocean view room and the noise from the road made it hard to sleep and the bed was really uncomfortable..you can feel the springs or whatever the structure is made of. But for 100 dollars a night...can't really complain.

A place to chillax with pampering spa facilities. A good thumb-up fir the sunset bar's happy hours!

Shower room without screen...messy! Need to clean-up myself after every used!

Very good, but rooms are small but very ordinary facilities is very beautiful and most beautiful that breakfast for the sea and the hotel is far from the city and the actualities must take my car and in excellent approach

The friendly Thai staff and the location make this hotel a star! The resort is located on the best part of the beach at Chaweng Noi - some waves (altho they crash close to the shore) and a good depth for swimmers. Breakfast is served in a great area overlooking the beach ,and staff are quick to acquaint themselves with their guests preferences as to seating ,coffees & drinks. The bar is situated right on the sand & there are several 'Happy Hours" a day!!! There is a courtesy shuttle bus to take guests to Chaweng Beach - 3 times per day - and some local restaurants if you want to stray away from the resort restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay at Impiana

Our room looked a little 'tired' for a Superior Double Room with Sea View and the mattress was as hard as rocks. The bathroom basin plug, the shower head and the toilet seat all required attention but the staff got onto the problems quick smart when advised of them. The pool is a little on the small side but as we spent most of our day on the beach, this wasn't a major concern.

Loved the location, the staff are fabulous.

It is a smaller hotel so very private and quiet. The location is perfect, away from the main part of town but not too far that it is inconvenient. The beach is amazing and just perfect to sit and relax and swim. Love the bar on the beach, fantastic staff and service.

Bed was very hard.

It felt llike home. Staff was fantastic,always helpful. Impiana is a very clean and tidy place and we would recommend it to everyone that would like to stay in kho samui. Great Experience

Nice and comfortable hotel, namey the rooms with a sea view. We booked a standard room which was a bit noisy as it'w closed to the road (those ones are to be avoided if you want a quiet room). However, after having discussed with the Hotel Manager, she accepted to give us another room without extra cost and we have been verey grateful for that. The breakfast buffet is very good and diverse ( there's a very efficient French chief). There are free shuttles to the central part of Chaweng Beach (it takes 7/8 minutes)

very nice resort: room, beach and food were really good! After 5 days in the wild and relax of Koh Tao and Koh Phangan it was nice to go back to some more active enviroment (music on the beach, nice event in the evening... etc...).

Staff was not very kind. We booked a superior room with seaview. Once we arrived there they assigned us a tiny (but nice) room with a big wall in front of it. My boyfriend has to go to reception to ask for explanation and then, after showing them our reservation for three times, they moved us to a bigger room seaview. We payed the room the first day and they included room rate when we left the hotel in the food and beverage bill (another mistake from reception...). If we exclude those aspects the resort was very nice, I hope that you will be more lucky than us!

Friendly staff apon arrival. Great location on beach. clean room which was very luxurious. couldnt have asked for a more relaxing time there.

Location, environment

We have been waiting for our Arrival transfer for almost 1 hour. We have to called them and to re- confirmed. Upon arrival at the Resort, no welcome drinks has been served to us whereby we can see that they are serving other guest.
