Impiana Resort Chaweng Noi, Koh Samui    

Localização, praia boa, piscina excelente. Bom café da manhã, com muitas frutas. Happy hour as noites, com mesas na areia e música ao vivo.

O hotel ficou sem energia e não tem gerador, causando desconforto e uma noite tivemos que tomar banho na ducha da piscina, poios ficamos no quarto andar e ficou sem água. Precisa investir num gerador para as emergências.

Fica numa zona calma fora da confusão mas o próprio hotel disponibiliza transfer a várias horas para o centro o que é optimo. Também gostamos do facto de depois do check out ainda deixarem-nos usufruir da piscina e praia e terem um espaço onde depois podemos tomar um duche.

Em relação ao lixo que se encontra na praia acho que deveriam ter mais cuidado e manter sempre a praia limpa pelo menos em frente ao hotel. No geral os empregados são antipáticos parece que estão contrariádos e não têm muitos modos. Penso que lhes falta algum conhecimentos de hotelaria. De resto nada apontar.

Achei o hotel excelente. Quartos limpos e confortaveis, boas comidas e bebidas, bom serviço de bar e recepção. Fica na beira da praia, tem Spa e oferece a massagem na praia a preços parecidos cpom o comercio local.

Como em varias partes da ilha, por vezes é possivel sentir cheiro de fossa em algumas partes do hotel. Mas não foi sentido este odor nos quartos.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet place where you relax and enjoy good food. I would definitely stayed there again.

The beach area was nice.

The room smelled horrible like mildew, the staff were generally rude, and the location was inconvenient. I would never recommend this "resort," especially for the price that you pay.

Our room was good. The food was lovely.

The bed was far too hard for our liking. Woke up every morning uncomfortable from the mattress. Even though the room was in a perrfect location, it required maintenance for the airconditioner. The resort needs more maintenance throughout. The bath in our room was not used, looked to be not cleaned properly. There was rotting wooden floorboards about the resort. Staff were slow to collect used plates/glasses or bottles left on the verandah. Rooms were not cleaned very thoroughly.

Spectacular beach. Breakfast was good and the setting of the restaurant. The big trees.

Staff were aloof and unfriendly. Not welcoming at all. We had come from a long flight and it was late for us and the man at the front desk was brusque and I felt scared handing over my passport to him. It was the first time I had travelled overseas for 10 years and I didn't feel at all welcomed. The room was "heavy" dark wood. The bathroom and dressing room area was huge - I was in one of the villas right on the beach - but had no aircon - and sadly, being right next to the beach - no natural ventilation. There was one door to a whole huge room, so you have to have the aircon on while in there. Smelled musty. The shower recess was stained with mould and some of the floors also. A sign of poor cleaning on an ongoing basis. Generally it wasn't clean - marks on the basins and surrounds in the bathroom, on the bedside table - as if it hadn't been cleaned properly after the last guests. The aircon cover - a heavy wooden construction - fell out and slammed on the floor when I was lying on the bed. Fortunately I wasn't under it. It made a terrifying noise and wood shattered from it. It looked like it wasn't the first time it had fallen as I had noticed it was hanging out and scratched. This is a BIG SAFETY issue.

We stayed for 4 days and I it was very pleasant. Hotel located less then mile away fro Chaweng beach (shops, restaurants, etc), we used taxi to get there, but it will take a 10-15 to walk there. I think we had a most beautiful beach in Koh Samui! I will be back there

The food was average in flavour and dinner service on the beach was not good. Good service at breakfast but very predictable food with the same fruit everyday Swimming pool a bit small Maintenance issues with the bathroom Lack of sun loungers which were too close together and people would reserve them very early in the morning and not come down to the beach until much later.

Room was clean, decent sized tv and minibar, nice quiet private stretch of beach. Location was nice and quiet but 15-20 minute ride to both Chaweng and Lamai if you wanted action.

Booked a "sea-view" room expecting a beach front room. Could just about see the sea if you stood at the window. So just get a normal room and save the money. As you would expect, as it is a resort, the price of drinks and food was expensive.

First night was a room without balcony, the next night we got an update to a room with balcony, nice resort at the beach

Resort has no lift and a to small pool, some staff of the restaurant has lost their thay-laugh. Some roos can be loud because of the ring-road.

Good resort with all that comes with it. Great beach with high standard. Spend all days at the beach. Dinner is arranged on beach in the evening. Recommend to book a room with sea view. Resonable prised to the standard.

It was very quiet. Not rocomended if u treveling alone. Happy hour was not that long. Massage is maybe 200 bat more expensive than outside the resort.

The hotel has really very big problems with air cons! Very noisy and some nights not working! Ufriendly staff especially at night, bad english.

Some of the staff does'nt understand english that good... and also,the hotel is a bit far from the main area,they offer a shottle but take in consider that sometimes you will need a texy!

Location is relatively far from the town, less noise and trash. Reasonable price if you're lucky to get what you book and don't care about the noise from the road.

We booked Deluxe Seaview room in this hotel for 1 night on our way back from Koh Pangan, as we had a night flight from Samui. First, they put us in a normal room, after we complained they informed that our Delux room is being cleaned now (it was 15.40), then we learned its a room facing a road, with no seaview and asked hotel manager. Only after that they put us in the booked Deluxe Seaview room. 40-45min waste!! Even that, one of their best rooms had a cockroach on the wall right above the bed.. The building is not quiet, we could hear each and every car passing by on the road. And of course the evening disco at the beach bar.. Never again!

Nice and comfortable. Friendly and very service minded staff. We asked to postpone our check-out time by a couple of hours, which was no problem.

An actual 4 star hotel in Thailand as we would perceive it in the rest of the world. Free wifi in the whole hotel. Friendly staff with better english level than what we otherwise experienced in our trip. Good food selection and preparation thereof.

Too few beach chairs and even more so around the rather small pool. No or very little service around those chairs forcing you to go to the bar to order. Wifi didn't seem to work so well with iOS devices logging you out everytime phone/pad were locked or switched off with no auto reconnect. Not very recommendable for bachorlors sharing a room as you will need taxi to get to where the action is, and you have to share the one key they give you. If you are a couple of family looking for a relaxing place this is however an ideal place on Ko Samui. The aircon was annoyingly loud at times, but where is it not? Lastly our room had been invaded by ants but is was not a big enough issue for us to complain about given that the staff probably wouldn't be able to do anything about it anyway.

The resort has an ideal location. Just a bit away from the busy Chaweng, yet easy to access the place. Excellent beach- small, but nice, great facilities, nice staff. Ideal location.

The rooms are a bit small, however it's still ok. Hotel staff is nice, however you just have to make sure that they've understood you.

The wrongly appointed room was changed after 3 nights without too much of a discussion. The staff at receiption performed above our general remark. The Christmas Party was outstanding, so was the food !

The location of the resort at Chawaeng Noi beach is terrible. The adjecent properties are dumps! The cleaning of the beach after heavy storms before and during X-mas started too late in the morning ! A lot of stuff which washed ashore made the use of the beach impossible and unpleasant. The staff is needing foreign language training urgently!

1. Cleanliness, especially of bathrooms is a concern. Cleaning is regular but not enough attention is paid to the bathrooms 2. Bathroom fittings are not working. Repeated complaints went in vain. At the end we had to just ignore and live with the problems

Quiet, free shuttle to chaweng, good wifi. Its little bit far from city but if you looking for quiet relax its perfect. Happy hours!

Small pool that lost a little attension from the maintenance. Few choice of restaurants.

the hotel is located quite far from Chaweng beach. So, if you want to go downtown everyday, I'll advise you to hire a scooter, and it's possible to take near the hotel

Excellent breakfast, nice pool and right on the beach. Clean and comfortable.

Pre booked free shuttle bus did not turn up take to us back to the resort and is not very regular.
