第一天是非常满意的，我预定的房型没有了，免费升级了，这要感谢booking.com,没有因此加价。酒店靠海，在Chaweng海滩南边，清净了许多，爱热闹的还是不要选择；酒店中等规模，早餐非常丰盛；SPA的性价比不高 有四点不满意：第一，入住的第二天房间里有大量蚂蚁，我要求换房间，前台称已经订满，只同意让服务员杀虫，害得我累了一天晚上11点多还要在外边等；我从来不用杀虫剂，因为强烈的味道和对身体的伤害，结果杀虫效果极差，在我一再坚持下，他们同意我换房间，早知如此何必当初！而且次日，我们原来的房间依然空着，并没住满，不诚实是最坏的品德。第二，酒店的班车从不准时，尤其返回的时候，我们提前到达，等了15分钟，不得以打电话催被告知车在路上，司机来了以后说他来过了，看没人就走了，后来又换了说法，前后矛盾，一路上司机取钱，买拳击票，忙得很，懒得和他们计较；第三，枕套不干净，要求换，很及时；第四，预定SPA,因为住店客人有50%的优惠，结果他们推荐了一套1500THB的套餐，觉得不错就订了，结账时才知道这个就没有50%优惠了，为什么不提前说，让客人感觉不好。总之这家酒店服务还不到4星的水平，只能说不好不坏吧。 |

Friendly staff,helpful at all times,the proximity to the beach and the stylish property make a fantastic experience.All room amenities very thoughtfully placed.Great mojitos...miss them. Too many mosquitoes and insects prevalent all over - hotel should include a housekeeping service during evening for this. |

We loved Impiana's quiet beach location. It was fantastic to stay at a property that was on the beach and nice to be away from noisy main area. It was easily accessible if we wanted the action but there was enough out the front of our hotel to entertain us for our stay. |

The beach and the relaxing atmoshpere. The discount on the spa for guests and the Happy hours everywhere... Great service from the staff. The room we got was facing the road (wasn't noisy due to good sound isolation of the room), it wasn't so bad because we spent most of the time on the beach. |

My son was married in Koh Samui and I thought it was great to be able to spend quality time with everyone who went to the wedding because my son lives in London and I hadn't seen him for 2 1/2 years. The beds could have been a little softer. |

The hotel is located on the beach, the view - free sunbeds available for hotel guests. The breakfast was great and it was served in the open-air restaurant on the beach. Some seaview rooms are located close to the main road - you should avoid them as they are noisy. In my opinion it is better to take the room without the seaview but which is quieter. The hotel is located far from Chaweng town - although this was advantage for us as there are no crowds on the beach and you can always take a songthaew to the town for 100 BHT for two. |

This was my second time I stayed at Impiana. I love everything about it! Beautiful hotel, nice and clean rooms, nice pool area, excellent Spa, amazing view!! The hotel is right on the beach =) The ocean is so nice, the water is crystal clear! You have your own beach chair aswell! A nice beach bar wich playes soft music! The hotel is about 10 min by car from the Chaweng city with all the shopping and bars and restaurant, and the taxis are too expensive here. 200 Baht! In Bkk or Hua hin for example we only pay 100 Baht.. |

Basically nothing except the beach. The smell of the room was, I also had to change the room because of Ants problem, and the second room smell was also very bad. Staff were not keen to help, and it was fear that was driving them to do anything! |

I liked that it was on the beach and the breakfast included each morning was great. The staff speaks very little English and unfortunately is unable to offer any help with outside bookings of tours or any other questions you may have about getting around. |

Can't remember It was an old hotel with old furniture. I didn't expect it. I have been in many hotels in Thailand and most of them were very good and customer service oriented. |

The thai people. Chaweng noi beach. Happy hour in the bar. Breakfast was fantastic. Everything ! The pool is in a dark area so it didnt get used much by the guests. The entertainment in the hotel was the same most nights and as the restaurant is quite pricey I would expect much more. The hotel courtesy bus into chaweng should be more frequent.The beach bar is way too pricey. |

The hotel was fantastic, the food was great, the staff were friendly and helpful. Chaweng Noi resort is quieter than the busier Chaweng Beach, however it is only a short ride away in a taxi and is worth it for a nicer quieter beach!!! Would defo stay here again. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the busier Chaweng Beach. I think they could have offered more times to and from Chaweng Beach. |

We loved the beachfront location, the ocean views through the palm trees were amazing from the bedroom. The location is very quiet which is what we wanted but only 5/6 minutes in the free shuttle bus provided. Staff were very helpful and genuinely friendly . |

Friendly staff, good clean resort with strategic location not too far from main town area. The beach was dirty and littered with lots of rubbish. Not a pleasant sight for a nice hotel with its own beach front. I think the hotel should arrange to have the beach cleaned at least once (every morning, before guest come out to sit or swim on the beach). If done on a daily basis, I'm sure it would be very easy to maintain. |
