The location and the fantastic facilities and grounds. The bed was too soft and food and wine very expensive.

Great hotel design and decor just 10 minutes from the airport. Spacious rooms and plenty of amenities and facilities, right on a beautiful beach. Restaurants are expensive at the hotel. Not great value for money but nice as a treat. Also, lots of mosquitos in/around the room.

Our pearl bed suit with bath tub on the patio was amazing! The bathrooms were huge with a rain shower, his and hers sinks, surround sound for the tv, wonderful smelling bath products etc. The beds were very comfortable. The design artistic and culturally motivated. The restaurants were good. We ate at the tin mine for the Thai buffet and just one night for dinner. It was expensive but still better than the food on the beach. We also went to the Black Ginger. It was good but the Thai food at the Tin mine buffet on monday nights was better. Same price but unlimited. Breakfast buffet was delicious with everything you could want. We went to the spa for the couples package. It was great. The Blue Marine facial was one of the best I have ever had and I have had facials all over the world. The massage was good too but the ones on the beach are cheap with the same massage just less comforts. The Indigo Pearl Ice Cream is awesome too! The pools are nice too, best fruity drink, the Indigo Peal cocktail. The Thai employees were very nice. There were some difficulties understanding each other which made it hard for them to give the amazing customer service that five star resorts are known for. The Thai people were so warm and friendly that the international staff seemed cold and distant.

The room was beautifully decorated and appointed, and spacious. Unfortunately I was not there long enough to try out the outdoor bath, but it looked very inviting! The complex itself is quite sprawling, a bit of a maze to negotiate. I didn't get the opportunity to use the facilities due to time, but I did notice the pool close to my room was closed for renovations.

The spa facilities The hotel Is a 5 star resort, but it felt more like a 4 star. It did not have the resort feeling, the industrial design with lots of rustic installations and decorations was a turn off for us. It just felt more like a city hotel than somewhere by the beach in Phuket. Price wise, Indigo is charging the rooms too high than most 5 star resorts.

Hotel is just perfect, garden, pools and rooms are beautiful. Access to the beach is great and possibility to dine outside in less expensive restaurants is also very easy as a lot of restaurants have put their tables on the beach

There are three pools. Also, two pools for adult only. The resort is very big, someone can easily get lost. Also, for breakfast they only propose black tea or coffee. They could easily propose lattes or capuccino free of charge (Twinpalms do it).

Our opinion is that the hotel has a lot of potential but we think that the managing isn't what it should be.I don't mean that people were unfriendly but service was not personal.Restaurants were far to expensive for the food you got.Lots of smell in the garden due to works ??A lot of noice from airco outside and smell in the alley to the rooms. Some chairs were broken around the pool. The hotel looked very good on the internet, nice photos taken but in reality maybe still due to the tsunami,it wasn't as nice.It needs a refrechement and painting on the outside. We booked for 7 nights ( paid !) and left on the 4 day to another hotel. When I said i wanted to check out she only said that I was leaving earlier that my booking, without calling the manger or somebody whose responsible.Anyway...maybe it is not our kind of hotel. It looked nice but for us its to much a big place and to many people.

Indigo Pearl is the most pleasant hotel I've ever been. High quality of guest rooms, well-designed hotel decoration and enjoyable facilities. Besides, considerate service is also impressed us! The beach of nai yang is almost like a private place for guests nearby due to its suburban location. Peaceful and beautiful as well! I would like to come back again when I come to Phuket next time!

This place is amazing. The staff were fantastic, bed was the ultimate. We would stay here again if we travelled to Thailand. Head out the back of the motel & dine with locals & have a swim. Try the adult pool, we swam & drank cocktails in the most fantastic pool, all pricey but soooooooo worth it as we were on our honeymoon. Thanks Indgo Pearl for the amazing memories xxxx

Fabuleux design,et son ambiance chaleureuse.Grand confort.
