Great location very close to restaurants/bars and very reasonable price. Would definitely stay again.

Cleanliness of hotel.

Pool was small, but not the smallest !

nearby central festival and walking street, opposite to a nice restaurant, worthwhile.

furniture is somewhat old, AC is a little noisy.

Very nice, but not have coffee and tea in the room.

Well located good clean hotel.

One little problem we had a very dirty towel, almost black, one night and the room cleaner wanted us to pay her direct 200 baht to clean which seemed a bit suspect. We just took to a local laundry and had it cleaned for 15 baht and all was ok.

The hotel's major advantage is its location, in very close proximity to all day and night activities, shops etc and yet situated in a very quite spot. Price for room and facilities is high but if you accept the fact that it is the location that you're paying for and not the actual quality of the hotel facilities then it is actually more fare! Reception and concierge staff were extremely polite and helpfull!!! Bed matress typically extra hard as per thai standards.

We stayed at Inn House for 3 nights. It was excellent value for money as the room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, moreover the location was perfect for shopping. I would recommend it if you are looking for quite cheap option and luxury is not a primary goal for you.

convinent, quite location but not to far from the action.

the noisy service lift at the rear of the building and when any one leaves a room the doors have to be slammed shut from the outside to lock them.

The hotel was clean in general. The location is good for the single man visiting pattaya, It is 10 min walk to walking street. At night when you are returning back to your room from walking street with a girl you dont need to take a cab or tuktuk. And on the way returning there are 24 hours open fastfood restraunts. There is no joinerfee.

When we get there it was 5pm and they had already purchased the hotel price from our credit cards. One of my friend used his fathers card. They were very strict and declined the purchase from card and request for cash. They were also strict at night time, we had problem they didnt let us go upstairs with a 17 years old local girl that I didnt know the age before I get the hotel. The superior room is not like a superior, not to many difference between standard and superior room.

My stay at Inn House was excellent, Very good location right near Walking Street. Rooms were comfortable, light and furnished to a good standard.

No parking my friend got fined 100 baht for using a private carpark opposite when dropping me off, and a noisy air con unit in the room kept on waking me periodically throughout the night.
