离海边很近...

表面看起来蛮干净的.结果我们临时加床移开大床的时候.床底下超脏啊..还好只是住一晚.阳台是对着隔壁酒店..没有图片上的好..

位置挺好的 ，出门没多久就是海边

房间跟房间之间，竟然有两扇可以互相打开的门 ，两边都打开就可以走到隔壁房间了，隔音差。

离海边很近，前台服务人员态度很好。

说是有游泳池，还在楼顶，不仅是可以游泳，还可以欣赏到海景，结果见到实物之后，我真的怀疑自己的眼睛，这- 究竟是游泳池还是只是一个相对比浴缸大一点的浴池，有种受骗的感觉。

inn house的前台员工称呼的一位经理，男，大概50左岁右，通过他电话预订了17号晚上19：30TIFF- ANY的秀，付现金1200THB/per，在前台付现金后，他给了我一张纸条，很简单也没印章、- 签名什么的，我也没注意连付款金额也没。结果导致我在秀场售票窗口苦等50分钟(幸好提前一个多小时到的)- ！与售票人员沟通、解释，然后就是等……售票与所谓的经理沟通、了解、求证，，又叫我听电话与他沟通，最后- 很愤怒地说我要取消预订，质问他如何服务的！他不说话，电话交给窗口人员后很快挂断了，结果窗口人员说酒店- 那人说我付的是1000THB/per！睁着眼睛说瞎话！印象极差！之后两天的住宿感觉也不好，前- 前后后大概四位前台有接触，只有一位态度不错，其他的爱理不理人！另外一点就是，D层的所谓的楼顶游泳池，- 只是一个大概十几、二十平米大小的水池，根本无法游泳！这怪自己粗心，只看图片去了！不过酒店位置是不错的- ！但是，这家我不会再选择！

地理位置非常好，靠近地体站，夜市，酒吧，饭店等，房价经济实惠

网速不给力，房间床单不是太干净，感觉好像都不会床单和被套。别人住过的，下一个房客接着用。床单很脏。

位置确实离海边比较近。

房间相当脏，尤其是床。我们两个女孩入住，休息的时候才发现被套、枕头、垫单都非常脏，尤其是垫单和被套上- 还有好多污秽的东西，一滩滩的，好恶心。我估计是根本就没换过。后来找了前台要求更换床上用品，前台态度非- 常的不好，最后换了之后依然有好多洗不干净的东西，很恶心。不管白天还是晚上只要出酒店的时候都会发现全是- 老外带着泰国的小姐在这入住，所以强烈推荐不要入住。价格也不便宜了，我们入住的房价一晚上差不多人民币3- 00元啦。

下了大巴宋条包车去的酒店，100铢。离海边很近，离步行街也很近，有阳台可以吸烟、免费WIFI，整体感- 觉很不错。

Location and staff

I have stayed there before and paid for the best type of room. It cost more than other hotels I have stayed at in the same area. frankly put the other hotels are significantly better in terms of luxury and facilities. I was expecting the room to be on par but it was just a standard room but a little bit bigger. It wasn't cheap either.

Really great hotel, I had an unfortunate accident requiring need to return home early and staff were so supportive and helpful from reception to housekeeping to porter. Lovely restaurant and bar attached also friendly. Hotel centrally located from the good shopping malls, 2 mins to beach and walking distance to just about everything. Will be staying there again.

To be fair one of the best hotels in this price range I have stayed in so no not likes.

the localisation is very good, you can go by foot anywhere you want, and if you're feeling lazy you can always take a 10 bath taxibus. The room are clean. The view from the pool/jacuzzi was really nice. You have all the facilities you could need at foot distance (laundromatic, 7Eleven, Massage parlor, bar, evan shopping mall,....) Considering the location of the hotel, it was really quiet, which is nice in the morning

The AC was old and really nosy

Location is great! Massage place downstairs if very profesional and really good. Restaurant is good too.good for the rpice.

Bed was really hard. No hair conditioner in the room. Ac did not work very well. Swimming pool is tiny and has too much chlorine.

Loud. Unfriendly staff. Internet didn t work. Elevator was extremly slow. Expensive for what you get.

The room facilities are very poor. There isn't even a hot top in the bathroom sink. A kettle and complimentary tea/coffee set would certainly appeal to European travellers who would feel they are getting a bit more value for money. Investing in some language/soft-skills training for the staff is important, because they can barely understand or respond to guest requests phrased in quite slow and graded English. Just being able to say: "Welcome to Inn House" in welcoming intonation and knowing some more basic greetings for the guests will be a step in the right direction. Overall, somewhat over-priced and has room for improvement.

Very poor room cleaning, employees never smile or even say hello except the night front doorman.

I was told that the Hotel is full and that ai can only staybonennight although I had booked it for five nights. I was given a room with dirty bed linen and when I told the receptionist she said it was someone else's room. We had to change rooms. The second room the air conditioner was very noisy and the drain in the shower and sink were blocked. Survived one night but I would not recommend this place.

Good central location. Good view of river. Goos massage place & restaurant right outside. Guard was very attentive & ensured my motorbike was parked off the main street despite very limited parking space.

They couldnt find booking, Small bed,dirty sheets and pillowcases. Room stank,bad smells from drain,cleaning lady and hotel aware so moved to top floor under noisy pool pump and pool not much bigger than bath, shower drain blocked flooding bathroom, no hot water over vanity, no coffee or tea facilities not even in lobby. Moved to aa and king bed, hot water,clean, bigger room, 2 big swimming pools etc and half the price.
