The Location is Superb, right in the middle of Bangkok shopping malls. Very easy access to sky walk or metro. Rooms are spacious, clean, up to date with modern needs. Luxurious furniture and very relaxing beds. |

The location of the hotel could not be matched. Staff were friendly and accommodating Although the staff were friendly, many did not seem quite certain about what needed to be done. Staff on the club floor were often absent - with no one there to take a drink / morning coffee order. Not quite 5 star service. |

The hotel location is excellent. Front desk and reception staff are wonderfully helpful and polite and were efficient and quick. The room is cleaned whever we leave the room. |

We were upgraded because we were on our honeymoon. All restaurant and pool facilites were all very good. Location is fabulous yes - we paid for a club room which does not entitle you to the buffet breakfast downstairs. You have to have breakfast in the club which is much smaller than the one downstairs. We have stayed at your hotel before and came back because of the buffett breakfast, but we were not allowed to go to the one downstairs and the one in the club was very dissappointing. |

Staff are very nice and helpfull. The food is Okay but need more improvment. If you got taxis in this area or to this area they charge you more because it is always traffic gam. I hope in the future they offer free shuttle to major places in the city specially if you got elderly person with you. ( Hospital, shopping malls etc...) |

food was excellent no pay TV, if you wanted to watch a video, they will bring a folder with DVDs to your room to let you choose some videos whilst they stand and wait. The selection was small and not up to date! |

I visited Bangkok more than 4 times and this time i stayes at the InterCon. Hotel. Excelent location surrounded by more than 5 big shopping mall. you dont need any transportation. wounderful bufet breakfast, experienced staff and what i like more that in the lower level of the hotel you will find some of good restaurant like Indian, Chinees and other international restaurants. in terms of money both the InterCon and the Holiday Inn at the same location just next to each other. Check for the rate and go ahead which one is sutable |

Its close proximity to two of the biggest malls in Bangkok, in addition to other shopping plazas and side walk markets No night life in the hotel itself or near vicinity, you need to talk a taxi to other places for any night life activities |
