We were upgraded because we were on our honeymoon. All restaurant and pool facilites were all very good. Location is fabulous yes - we paid for a club room which does not entitle you to the buffet breakfast downstairs. You have to have breakfast in the club which is much smaller than the one downstairs. We have stayed at your hotel before and came back because of the buffett breakfast, but we were not allowed to go to the one downstairs and the one in the club was very dissappointing. |

Staff are very nice and helpfull. The food is Okay but need more improvment. If you got taxis in this area or to this area they charge you more because it is always traffic gam. I hope in the future they offer free shuttle to major places in the city specially if you got elderly person with you. ( Hospital, shopping malls etc...) |

food was excellent no pay TV, if you wanted to watch a video, they will bring a folder with DVDs to your room to let you choose some videos whilst they stand and wait. The selection was small and not up to date! |

I visited Bangkok more than 4 times and this time i stayes at the InterCon. Hotel. Excelent location surrounded by more than 5 big shopping mall. you dont need any transportation. wounderful bufet breakfast, experienced staff and what i like more that in the lower level of the hotel you will find some of good restaurant like Indian, Chinees and other international restaurants. in terms of money both the InterCon and the Holiday Inn at the same location just next to each other. Check for the rate and go ahead which one is sutable |

Its close proximity to two of the biggest malls in Bangkok, in addition to other shopping plazas and side walk markets No night life in the hotel itself or near vicinity, you need to talk a taxi to other places for any night life activities |

For the 2 nights i was there i could find no fault with the hotel. Only complaint was unattended children at the pool, who were very noisy. |

Als Kenner diverser Hotels in Bangkok hat uns der ausgezeichnete Zimmerservice überzeugt. Er war an Qualität, Schnelligkeit und Präsentation kaum zu überbieten. Auch das Personal war überaus hilfsbereit, professionel und freundlich. Alle nenenswerten Shopping-Zentren sind höchstens einen Steinwurf entfernt und können bequem via "Sky Walk" zu Fuss erreicht werden. Im Kühlschrank unseres Zimmers befand sich leider kein Eisfach. Man musste also immer den Zimmerservice für ein paar Eiswürfel bemühen. Dies soll keine Kritik sondern vielmehr eine Anregung darstellen. |

Der intercontinental Club mit personalisiertem check-in, die Club lounge, Größe des Zimmers und sehr zentrale Lage für alle Unternehmungen in Bangkok. Die über das Hotel gebuchte tour war mit werbeteil in schmuckfabrik, darüber wurde vorher nicht informiert. |
