ショッピングが目的だったらよい。

バンコクで常泊しているホテルから、気分を変える為に当ホテルにしたが、改めて常泊のホテルの素晴らしさだ- けに気付く結果となった。 先ずホテルマンの態度、意識はラグジュアリーホテルとは程遠い。 また、チェックイン前にリクエストしていたことに対しての可能か否かの返事すらない。 部屋でリクエストをしていた事が翌日には守られない。 これはホテルマン個人の問題と言うより、マアニュアルの問題でもあると感じた。 バンコクを始め世界のあらゆる5星ホテルを利用してきたが、酷過ぎると云う点では良い経験になりました。２- 度と利用しません。

Staffの対応とClubRoom　Quality

朝食付きPLANで予約しましたが、朝食場所は２箇所ありました。一箇所は無料、一箇所は別途費用発生。　この説明がチェックイン時に無かった。

Location was amazing, For those who want to have a water hoze near the toilet, well you have to chose this hotel

only the problem when i make check in they told me i have wait 2 hours to clean the room

A fantastic hotel with wonderful rooms and the most comfortable hotel beds we ever slept in. The staff was so helpful and kind. We stayed in two double room with Club lounge benefits which was fantastic - so much good value for the room rate. Free food and drinks in the Club lounge at happy hour, free access to the fitness rooms with "personal trainers", pools etc. The fitness room was situated on the 36 floor with a fantastic view of Bangkok city, there was the gym staff ready to help you whenever you needed them, it was like having a personal trainer. The breakfast in the Club lounge was also fantastic with everything you could ask for.freshly made fruit juices, blueberrry pancakes, tasteful omelettes, fresh tropical fruits, croissants with home made marmalades. The staff was really helpful and nice they made our stay memorable. We loved this hotel and could really highly recommend it.

Central locatioon and grand lobby. Great food and service (both in the lobby and the Intercontinental Club for breakfast). Friendly and helpful staff. Nice, big rooms.

A little pricey for Bangkok. So central that traffic is a problem getting in and out of the hotel.

Intercon offers probably the best location for those looking for convinience. It's close to most of the best shopping spots in bangkok and is just next to the skytrain station and Erawan Shrine.

It's occasionally noisy at night due to the skytrains and the never-sleeping busy streets.

The club room is very good. We can enjoy afternoon tea, cocktail party in club. The food and drink are very nice. The hotel locates in central city, several big shopping centers nearby, very convience.

Enjoying the Club Intercontinental arrangements. Very well done with lots of extras. Superior quality staff.

Everything is best...

Nice Lobby area and sited very close to BTS and Saim Square. 24 hour gym access.

Staff were not as helpful and friendly as in other hotels.THe hotel is overpriced compared to others. The room was basic and looking a little tired . With its reputation and cost per night I had expected much better. At this price breakfast and internet should be included.
