Me & husband stayed in Seafront Villa room 3 Sea Pearl for our honeymoon. I purposely chose this resort because the place is so quite & idle, perfect for total relaxation & good sleep as we just had our wedding the day before. To go there frm Krabi Airport: Get a taxi frm the counter inside the airport itself & pay 350baht/person to send u to Chao Fa Pierfor a 20mins journey, then take a 4mins longtail boat to get to the other side for 50baht/person, then take a 20mins Tuk Tuk ride for 200baht to reach the resort. The island has 1 lane road only, so they only have Tuk Tuk, no other vehicle. Lunch & dinner no specific time, latest until 9.30pm everyday. Food was fabulously delicious, but just so u know, we're asians too. Swimming pool was clean, but had a few dead insects & leaves that was cleared up everyday. Housekeeping male staff name Chokdee is very cheerful & polite - such a sweet guy. Receptionist female staff name Penpit was also helpful. We stayed there for 2 nights, & it was enough for us to recuperate, which after that we proceeded to Koh Lanta. As much as we love that place, if we stayed longer than that, we would feel dead bored. Breakfast only 2 choices: Set a or b, no buffet. The beach are not swimmable, as the tide is low most of the time which will go far for miles. Resort has no security at sight, which quite worried me as it is an isolated place. One night we woke up feeling hungry & called all numbers but no ans. Finally we called the emergency number 2030, it turns out the receptionist name Penpit answered. She was obviously sleeping, probably staying at the resort too. Nevertheless, she politely told us there is no room service at night. I also approached 3 different staffs including her too regarding of changing my pick up time to go Koh Lanta on the next day. All promised to get someone to call my room back within an hour, but no one did. I only get a confirmation only when I happened to speak to Penpit when I called the emergency number.

We stayed in Islanda Eco Village resort for five days in 2011 at the end December. The hotel was perfect choice for us. The bungalows were built on poles and very well designed. That together with very well finished construction work, made our bungalow totally free of moisture and mould. The garden was very well nursed and beautiful. It goes without saying that all the hotel facilities and service were very good. We had no problems with language. If we had a more complicated matter there was always someone in the reception with very good English. However, the location of the hotel was the best for us. Markku is a birdwatcher and Anne is not. From sunup he could find interesting birds just a few hundred meters from the hotel. Anne could sleep til breakfast together. We were far from the noise, smell and hassle of cities and busy hotel areas. Visits to Krabi town and cruises were efficiently arranged by the staff. Until we meet again Anne and Markku, Finland

Perfect place for having relax far away from the modern world. Looks like a native cosy village. Careful and friendly staff. Delicious meal. Beautiful swimming pool. Difficult to find hotel initially because it is far from town Craby and they have no transfer from airport.

Ifs location first close to the sea and some fishers villages, a superb pool and an excellent restaurant ! Our arrival by tuk tuk was so lovely ! A very nice and so special location !

Extremely nice and helpful staffs. They are 100% service minded and are always ready to offer you assistance without hesitation (even to the local such a s us). 5-Star service!! They gave us upgrade on our room type too *thumps-up. Would like to visit again!!

Sehr freundliches Personal, schöne und saubere Zimmer. Einziges Hotel auf der Insel, sehr sehr ruhig. Anreise ist schwierig und dauert lange. Mit Tucktuck und Longtailboot.
