Jane's House  

The room was spaciuos, very modern, clean and with nice big window to the street. Looks exactly like in the pictures on booking page. What we also appreciated was good internet connection in the room, as after couple of other experiences with internet conection in other hotels in Thailand it was not the case. Last but not least,the host Jane was very friendly and interested to help.

Hint for improvement: we would appeciate if there are more options to chose for breakfast.

Spacious, clean room with a comfy bed. Tasty breakfast (no choices though). The owner, Jane, is very nice and helpful. Just across the road from old town and close to the North Gate Jazz Co-op, a live jazz venue.

Lot of steps to climb, if you're staying in rooms on the upper floors. We didn't mind though, but actually selected the room at the top-most floor (6th) for nice views.

Jane's House is a budget-friendly guesthouse that provides guests a quality experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are comfortable. Air conditioning or ceiling fans are available giving guests options. With only 5 rooms to rent, Jane is able to give personal attention to her guests. Jane provides breakfast and will help arrange transportation when you leave because she wants to help her guests have a good experience.

I have no complaints about Jane's House.

The rooms are just perfect. If I ever move to Chiang Mai I think I will ask Jane to design the rooms for me. Dark windows that can be opened, curtains that block all sunlight, pleasant aircon, fan, fridge, nice furniture. No sound from the other rooms. And very, very clean. Jane and Peter are lovely. Giving advise whenever you ask for it, or just chat a bit if you feel like it. The best place I stayed at in Thailand so far. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

The location is not the best possible location. Still, it is only 5 minutes by bicycle, scooter, tuktuk or songthaew from the southern and southeastern part of the old centre. And with such wonderful rooms and Jane's hospitality I would not want to stay anywhere else.

There is not just one thing I liked about Jane's House. The entire stay way pleasant because of Jane's friendly personality and attention to detail. For example, the pillows on the bed are great, the beds are great, the cleanliness is great, the extra effort Jane puts into her place shows in all areas. I have been traveling many years and she has a 5 star hotel for a budget price.

Nothing, there wasn't anything I didn't like about Jane's House.

Huge, bright, comfortable rooms. Just outside the North Gate, the Old City is within a walkable distance. If, like we did, you're going to visit surrounding spots, a rented motorbike will be perfect. Good basic breakfast, but you'll get what you want simply asking. Many good and cheap restaurant just round the corner.

No lift, not suitable for those with locomotor problems

Jane was super friendly and super helpful. Thanks to her very good English, it was possible to discuss about Thailand and its ways. Rooms are very big and very tidy. Location was just right - a 10 minutes walk into the old city centre and only 3 minutes away from an excellent jazz club (north gate jazz co-op).

The room was spacious and clean. Jane was helpful, she covered our transport to and from bus station.

Wifi was unstable and the connection broke every 15 minutes.

The owner is a nice person, tries to help as much as she can. Breakfast included in price which is rather unique in Thailand. The room was really spacious and during our stay Jane bought a new fridge for our room so everything what we needed was there. Air-co and fan, Pretty good shower

If anything there should be cleaning service - as it didn't happen to us even once. Probably if you ask Jane would do that but would be nice to get it without asking. Localisation is not perfect - could be closer to the city center though ChiangMai has plenty of atractions outside of the city so than it doesn't matter so much where you live.

吃东西很方便, 老板JANE也很乐于提供各式的信息方便我们出行和旅游, 早饭很好吃, 到清迈旅行的一个好落脚处, 多住几天很值.

La proprietaria è gentilissima, disponibile e parla un ottimo inglese (tutt'altro che scontato da queste parti). La stanza è davvero grande e pulita. Buona posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dalla porta Nord della città vecchia. The owner is very kind and helpful and she speaks a good english too (not so common in that neighbourhood). Really big and clean room. Only 5 minutes walk to the North port of city center.

老板娘英语超好，人更好，十分热情，有问必答，有求必应。周围环境清新，房间非常干净。地点也不错，离周日- 夜市走路十五分钟。旁边的街道还有小吃一条街，晚上到12点，味道绝佳，而且便宜。

- gentillesse du personnel - petit déjeuner simple mais bon - chambre très propre, spacieuse, bien aménagé - ménage et 2 bouteilles d'eau tout les jours - la propriétaire nous a payer le taxi pour nous raccompagner à la station de train (merci encore pour ce geste)

房间很大，而且很整洁，还免费提供2瓶水。早餐的水果色拉很美味。老板娘很热情的帮我们讲解了清迈的几大著- 名景点和交通

因为一层一间房的缘故，所以很不幸的住在了5楼，每级楼梯有点高，要是拎行李进房间的话，会相当吃力的

总共貌似只有四件客房，一层一间，所以房间面积很大很舒适，洗浴用品都齐全并很好，有冰箱每天赠送两瓶水，- 早餐的水果沙拉很给力噢！老板娘人很好，在我们离开去机场时还给了100thb打车费呢！

入住第一天就在房间地上发现一只小蝎子，吓得不轻，立马翻找房间所有角落看 有没有蝎子妈妈，哈哈。。。

Große Zimmer mit Sateliten-TV, Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank. Lage könnte etwas besser sein, man kann das Zentrum aber noch gut zu Fuß erreichen. Gutes (westliches) Frühstück.

Cute, small Guesthouse, Jane is really nice and the rooms are super-clean. Good location in a quiet little Soi, spacious rooms with seating area and fridge.

Jane was helpful and a gracious host. Rooms are really clean, big and comfortable. Tuk tuk driver that Jane called to take us to the airport was friendly too.
