Jomtien Beach Penthouses    

Great hotel for a relaxing stay with very friendly and accommodating staff. In a good location close enough to everything whilst being a quiet oasis. Highly recommended.

There is not restaurant but with so many choices close by it didn't really matter. Prices are at the higher end but still value for money.

It was a lovely well run clean hotel,well situated for shopping ,beach and sightseeing.

The amount of dogs outside,at least 20 some pups,they made awful noises fighting in the night.

Huge rooms (actually they're flats) with super facilities. Very clean and a nice pool.

it can be a little bit noisey for a few hours when the kids are using the pool if you are around during the day

Great location, within easy reach of Pattaya and the various soi in Jomtien. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, very clean & bright.

The staff during check in was pretty rude. Please note that it is a service apartment and not a hotel so don't expect any service like a hotel.

I have stayed at Jomtien Beach Penthouses twice now. My stay is very comfortable and away from the craziness of Pattaya City. Very nice facility with exceptional staff. I will always prefer to stay at this facility when I am in the area. Highly recommend!

The bed was comfortable and the pool was clean

Very misleading name. Yes there are penthouses but there are also rooms like mine which overlook the pool and which offer zero privacy. It was noisy, the light switches were inconvenient and the fridge was very loud so I unplugged it. There are nasty stray dogs around, you can't see the sea, there's very little direct sunlight, and there is no restaurant. At 40 euro a night it's cheap and the rooms are nice but there's too many negatives ot make me want to stay there again.

New hotel, with a good location, ju tyst off the beachroad, in walking distance of all of Jomtien Beach, or only 10 bath away with a songkraw. Rooms in modern intrenational design. And a good pool on-site.

Big apartment with kitchen, tv etc, only 100m to the beach. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We came from the ascott in Bangkok and the difference in quality was very obvious. This place is not up to that standard in build and furniture, fittings etc Staff are also more building management than hotel service. No room service for drinks/food, though I did not ask, there were no menu in the rooms, and nowhere to get food without walking to the beach. There was just a feeling that it was a bit amateur

I like the location it was suitable for family easy excess to other places nothing nagative which I can say I loved it now I m thinking to come back again and will b booking with booking.com

Good value for money. Large Condo which was basic in the way of warm furniture but was clean with plenty of space. There was a good size clean pool, which caught the early sun in the main sundeck area and the later in the other area. Excellent restaurants and bars nearby, with lots of 7-11 type shops. Would recommend this resort

Great room, pool and gym for the price

No proper reception area for a 5 star hotel, more akin to a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is new and all the equipment in the rooms are new. Great little place to stay at a great price. I will be visiting again and staying in these appartments. You won't be dissapointed. We had our two children with us aged 4 and 9. Great location just off the beach. Can walk it in 3 mins.
